    摘要註: 受到近年來許多食安事件影響,驗證、檢測公司的驗證、檢測服務逐漸成為消費者忙碌生活中的消費指標,對驗證、檢測服務業的需求日益劇增。準確、公正與專業的驗證、檢測服務,不僅給消費者安全的消費感受,也能藉通過驗證、檢測的服務,使消費者對企業產生信賴,進而為企業形象加分。然而,企業在尋求相關驗證、檢測服務的提供者時,卻受限於知訊流通的範圍,進而在議價的能力上,往往處於較弱勢的位置。本研究以驗證、檢測服務業為例,蒐集上、下游相關決策人員訪談資料,經由個案訪談法了解以交易成本理論、 代理成本理論及資訊不對稱性理論三個構面來探討與檢測服務業的供應商議價能力的關係,並以半結構式訪談蒐集資料,再以編輯式分析法進行資料分析。本研究透過問卷訪談的樣本,分析實證結果發現議價能力會受「人性因素」、「環境因素」、「代理問題」、「交易掌握資訊優勢者」、「交易屬性」及「特性及行為」所影響。這些情況都會直接或間接影響到驗證、檢測業的供應商議價能力。透過研究可藉增加研究商品知識,確實了解自己的需求,相互比對的方式,減少供應商對於驗證、檢測業的高度依賴感,進而提升企業的形象與業績,形成競爭優勢。 Influenced by many food safety incidents occurred in recent years, the validation and testing service from the validation and testing company has gradually become a consumption indicator in consumers' busy life, and the demand for validation and testing service is increasing day by day. The accurate, impartial and professional validation and testing service will make customers trust the enterprises, and thus the corporate image will be improved. However, in the process of seeking the providers of the relevant validation and testing service, enterprises are confined by the scope of information flows, and thus, they always at a disadvantage as for the bargaining power. This paper, taking the example of validation and testing service industry and collecting the interview data of the relevant decision makers in high and low positions, explores the relationship between the bargaining power of the testing service industry and the transaction cost theory, agency cost theory and information asymmetry theory when understanding the three theories through the individual case interviewing method, and carries out the data analysis by the editorial analysis approach after collecting data through the semi-structural interview. This study, on the basis of the questionnaire interview's examples and the analysis of the empirical results, finds that the bargaining power will be influenced by human factors, environmental factors, agency problems, the one having the upper hand in information, transaction attributes and characters and behaviors. These factors will affect the bargaining power of the validation and testing service's suppliers directly or indirectly. This study can help to reduce suppliers' high dependency on the validation and testing service industry by increasing the knowledge of commodities and understanding correctly their demands on virtue of the means of comparison, and thus promote the enterprises' image and performance and establish a competitive advantage.
