台灣教育已面臨少子化的衝擊,再加上教育市場自由經濟的挑戰,目前國民小學的經營也已轉變為消費者導向的情勢,家長對子女就讀學校的選擇,除了接送方便外,學校內教學、行政的服務品質及迎接資訊時代學校內對科技的應用程度,也逐漸影響家長對選擇學校的考量因素。學校為了避免因減班而被裁併或廢校,希望藉由提升家長的認同,吸引更多學生來就讀,已是目前各校積極努力的目標。本研究論文的主要目的是探討國民小學服務品質、科技應用與家長滿意度之關聯性。首先,蒐集相關文獻並歸納可能的影響因子,作為建構研究模式的理論基礎,並依研究模式的各變數設計問卷,母體是以高雄市Z國民小學102學年度學生家長為調查對象,採隨機抽樣,共發出313份問卷,回收有效樣本計有249份,問卷分析後,獲得主要的研究結果如下:(一) 服務品質對家長滿意度有正向顯著影響;(二)科技應用對家長滿意度有正向顯著影響;(三) 職業及性別對研究模式之自變數與因變數之關係並沒有干擾效果。本研究論文也同時提出研究建議及管理意涵供國民小學參考。 With the impact of decreasing birth rate and the challenges of education on the free market economy, the operation of elementary school currently has been increasingly a multi-dimensional issue that involves innovative strategies. The factors that influence the determination of parents on choosing a relevant school for their children are not only simply the location and convenient shuttle, but also the service quality of teaching and administration and the use of information and communication technology (ICT). Consequently, in order to avoid being cut on budget, merged, and/or even closed, one of the objectives that school are achieving is how to attract parents' attention to choose them. The thesis conducts an empirical study that develops and examines the effect of service quality and ICT use on the parents' satisfaction for the Z case elementary school, Kaohsiung. The population is set to be the Z school students' parents. A salient examination is the moderating effect of gender and job type on the relationships between independent variables and parents' satisfaction. Based on the 249 valid samples, research findings revealed that (1) service quality has a significant positive impact on parents' satisfaction, (2) the use of ICT is significantly related to parents' satisfaction, and (3) Gender and job type show no moderating effects. Implications and suggestions are also addressed.
