    摘要註: 本研究提出一個人機協同合作的概念模式,以融入使用者參與決策與回饋的自動摘要系統機制,確保自動搜尋引擎結果的摘要內容更能符合使用者需求。過去自動摘要的相關研究中,大多在探討更好的電腦演算法則以提昇文本摘要的精確性,然而,根據不同的情景及使用者需求,仍得發展不同的演算法;同時,較少文獻探討電腦在產生自動摘要的過程中,納入使用者需求的調整決策機制,以提升使用者對於摘要結果的主觀滿意度。因此,本研究以自動摘要結合使用者回饋機制之概念,提出一人機協同合作的互動模式,並依此模式開發一雛型系統,執行一形成性設計與評估流程。此形成性設計程序採三階段進行:第一階段邀請4位曾修過人機互動課程之人員擔任受測者,對本研究所提模式建構的雛形系統,進行系統功能面的認知走察法與意見回饋;第二階段則是依據前一階段受測人員的意見回饋進所改善的雛型系統,再請不同4位受測人員,進行使用介面的啟發式評估與意見回饋;第三階段再邀請56位對於自動摘要有潛在需求之使用者,其中包含有社會人士及學生擔任受測人員,進行試用系統後填答問卷之實證研究。研究結果分析,驗證了所提人機協同合作的搜尋引擎資料自動摘要概念模式的可行性,並提供三個實務應用的具體意涵,包含電腦自我效能越高者越能感受到本研究任務-科技的適配;且認知本研究任務-科技適配者,亦較能感受到系統執行任務的績效、易用性及有用性;同時可推論,本系統與介面互動的使用性要高,才不會降低其任務-科技適配度與使用者的最終採用意圖。最後,由於時間限制,本研究無法為雛型系統各種情景實作適配的互動介面,且皆採用基本通用的演算法,並無提出適合本模式的創新演算法則。日後如能因應本研究所提人機協同合作框架,進而深入改良互動介面及演算法則,以滿足不同採用情景及電腦使用自我效能更高的使用者,應能有更佳的系統使用性及使用經驗,因此值得後續進一步的研究發展。 This study proposes a conceptual model of human-machine collaboration for integrating user participated decision-making and feedback mechanism into the automatic summarization system, such that the summarized context can better meet the user needs. Extant literature on automatic summarization explored better computer algorithms to increase the accuracy of the summarized text, but different algorithms are still needed for dealing with different scenarios and user requirements. Meanwhile, seldom did literature explore integrating the decision-making mechanism with user needs in the automatic text summarization process for increasing users’ objective satisfaction toward the summarized results. Therefore, this thesis proposed a man-machine cooperative model by integrating user feedback into the computer summarization process, and developed a corresponding prototype system for a formative design and evaluation as an empirical validation. This formative design process includes three stages: In the first stage, four subjects who have taken human-computer interaction course were invited to participate in a function-based cognitive walkthrough on the user interface of the prototype system; In the second stage, another four subjects were invited to participate in a usability-based heuristic evaluation via the revised prototype system based on the feedback of the previous stage; In the third stage, fifty-six subjects, including potential users of working professionals and students, were asked to fill out a questionnaire after experiencing the further improved prototype system for a proof of concept. The research results support the feasibility of the proposed man-machine cooperative model of search engine automatic summary system, and provide three practical implications, including user with higher computer self-efficacy perceived better the task-technology fit between the search engine summary task and the prototype system, and those who perceived better task-technology fit also perceived better performance, ease of use, and usefulness for executing such a search summary task, and higher system usability and interface interaction helped to increase the task-technology fit and intention to adopt this the prototype system. Finally, due to time constraint, the prototype system could not be implemented to meet the required interactions for all scenarios, and only basic and general algorithms without innovative customization were adopted in the prototype system. In the future, if the system can be further improved in both the interaction scenarios and customized algorithms based on the proposed framework of man-machine cooperation, the proposed prototype system should be able to provide better system usability and user experience, and thus it is worthy of further research and development.
