    摘要註: 觀光是台灣潛力產業,旅宿業又是觀光的基本條件,在高競爭度的旅宿業中如何發展出特色以提高住客滿意度是旅宿業的重要課題。本研究探討精油使用於民宿客房,對住客滿意度、再購意願與推荐意願的影響。研究對象為住宿於墾丁地區有10間房的民宿中的住客,有效問卷為285份。本研究採自然實驗法,於民宿房內放置精油,以擴香竹擴香,請住客退宿時填寫滿意度問卷。實驗組採用喜馬拉雅雪松、甜橙以及真正薰衣草三種精油,對照組採用水。問卷的第一部份包含設備滿意度兩題,五感滿意度四題,人員滿意度一題、整體滿意度一題、價格滿意度一題,再購意願一題、推荐意願一題,精油喜好三題;第二部份則為個人基本屬性。精油比較的結果顯示住客受雪松精油的影響而導致滿意度、再購意願及推薦意願的降低。依住客基本屬性的分析結果顯示,受精油影響最為顯著的是26-35歲的住客;在原居住地區屬性的分析發現台灣住客和大陸住客在人員服務滿意度、整體服務滿意度、再購意願和推薦意願上有顯著差異。住客性別在客房設備滿意度、整體設備滿意度、視覺感受滿意度、觸覺感受滿意度、人員服務滿意度、整體服務滿意度、價格感受滿意度也有顯著差異。住客屬水象星座者在使用不同精油時會在客房設備滿意度、視覺感受滿意度、整體服務滿意度產生顯著差異。本研究建議民宿業者可依住客屬性讓住客自行決定住房中是否使用精油並選擇其喜好的精油種類,設定特定精油於房內來達到提升滿意度的效用。 Lodging and hospitality industry is the foundation of tourism. The market is competitive and to be unique could be an important factor for the customer satisfaction. This research aimed to study how the essential oil influence the customer’s overall satisfaction, willingness to revisit a given hotel, and recommend this hotel to others. The study was conducted in two of the bed and breakfast (B&B) at Kenting area, which both have more than 10 rooms. The rooms that installed with essential oil (Himalayan cedar, orange, and lavender ) were designated as experimental group ,while water was used as the control group. Essential or water was placed in an aroma dispenser made of bamboo. The guests were requested to completed a questionaire upon checking out. The first part of the questionnaire was consisted of 13 questions for the customer’s satisfaction regarding the B&B. The second part of the a questionairewas consisted of question concerning customer’s attributes such as gender, age, and etc. When compaed by age, the results show that the ages ranging from 26 - 35 are the most easily influenced by essential oil. The origin living places of the customers is an important factor in response to the essential oil. There were gender differences under the influence of essential oil. When comparing their zodiac attribute, the guests with the htdrometeor (include:Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces) showed differences in satisfactory level under the influence of essential oil. The present finding reveals that by letting the customer to choose essential oil of their preference may raise their astistaction regardibg B&B. The suggests that owener of B&B should arrangr the appropriate essential oil installation in the room for the guests with specific attribute.
