    摘要註: 本研究目的,為探討常溫(28 ℃)或低溫(10 ℃)下,長期運動訓練藉此了解運動負荷對肌肉組織的影響。將成熟雄性大白鼠90隻分為四群:常溫對照群、低溫對照群,常溫運動群(2、4週)、低溫群運動群(2、4週),各群分別在設定環境狀態下進行溫度變化和長期運動之後,由下薦骨動脈抽血,靜置於常溫下後以高速離心機4 ℃下3000轉/分離心後,淬取上清液檢測肌酸激酶異構酶(ck-mm)並進行骨骼肌的伸指長肌(extensor digitorium longus m. EDL)比目魚肌(soleus m.SOL)的形態學變化,以常法固定後做樹脂包埋,並以超微切片機製作1-1.5um之切片,並以Toluidine Blue染色後在光學顯微鏡下觀察萎縮與壞死的組織,其結果可見到運動訓練時間的長短、溫度的不同對肌纖維都有影響,長期低溫下運動訓練群與相同負荷之常溫運動群的肌肉組織有輕微負面之變化,並發現白肌的伸指長肌比紅肌比目魚肌嚴重,由此可得知溫度變化對於肌纖維肌酸激酶異構酶(CK-MM)與肌形態學有微小的影響,由於本實驗運動時間的長短對其影響並無太大差異,但白肌變化較大,可預期在溫度變化下長期運動對於生物體之肌肉能力有所助益。 The study aims at discussing the influence on muscle tissues caused by long-term exercise and exercise load at normal temperature (28℃) or low temperature (10℃). 40 mature male rats are divided into four groups: normal temperature control group, low- temperature control group, normal temperature group and low temperature group. After the groups are respectively subjected to temperature changes and long-term exercise in a set environmental state, skeletal muscles including extensor digitorium longus m. (EDL) and soleus m. (SOL) are sliced up to be 1-1.5um through an advanced micro slicer after the skeletal muscles are fixed through a conventional method and then embedded through resin. Atrophic and necrotic tissues are observed through a light microscopy after the skeletal muscles are dyed by T and B. Results show that muscle fibers are influenced by exercise training time and different temperatures, the muscle tissues of long-term low temperature exercise training group and the same load normal temperature exercise group have slight negative changes, and the EDL of white muscles is more severely influenced than the SOL of red muscles. Thus the temperature changes have a great influence on the muscle fibers of a living body, the white muscles are more severely influenced, and the capacity of the muscles of the living body can be expected to be helped by the long-term exercise under the temperature changes.
