Summary:
本論文主要研究中空型波導,利用半導體封裝的厚膜光阻材料製作中空型之波導元件,此中空型波導具備克服進數的問題。本實驗證實表面鍍金的中空型波導結構比沒有鍍金的中空型波導結構相對損耗頻率低,對一長850um寬50um 高75um鍍金的中空型波導可以得到-33dbm的損失,並證實比一般折射型波導具有寬的頻寬,實驗中並對不同長度及寬度波導的結構對導波性能的差異。 In this the pepper ,we have demonstrated novel optical cavity waveguide by using laser direct writing on a polymer film in semiconductor packaging process. Au optical cavity waveguide with diameters of 850um*50um*70* was fabricated and tested. It show that coating of a Au high reflective film on the surface of waveguide can improve the transmission characteristics. In addition , cavity waveguide with diameters of that length and width cavity waveguide show that cavity waveguide with width could have better transmission .It show that the cavity waveguide structure can provide on reflective optical Keink in package connection with low cost and liability.
