    摘要註: 本論文是以日本HIOKI 3554專業量測鉛酸電池儀器,做為量測儀器,為量測備用UPS系統裡的鉛酸電池,快速、完全、精確的內阻量測與電壓量測診斷,鉛酸電池廣泛的應用在不斷電電源系統,應用中如能預先診斷電池的老化現像將可提高UPS傳電可靠度。本論文利用鉛酸電池之電池阻抗,電池電壓等方法來判斷電池的老化狀態。在運用HIOKI 3554專業電池量測儀器量測鉛酸電池的阻抗數據,電池電壓數據來作為判斷老化的依據,使鉛酸電池的維護上能更有效且更精準準確的判斷電池老化狀態。UPS設備無須停止裝置運行,就可以直接在UPS各模組的各顆鉛酸電池做量測,快速診斷出鉛酸電池的劣化情況,提高半導體公司的生產效率,及快速量測檢測分析出電池的壽命狀態,降低公司成本,降低半導體公司設備異常發生率,提升公司獲利。 This thesis is based on the measurement instruments of the professional lead-acid batteries as measurement instruments. To measure the lead-acid in the standby uninterruptible power systems (UPS), the fast, complete, and accurate resistance and voltage measurement diagnosis, the lead-acid batteries have be widely used in the UPS. If the aging of cell can be pre-diagnosed, the reliability of UPS conduction can be enhanced. In this paper, the cell impedance and cell voltage methods of lead-acid batteries is used to judge the aging state of the battery. When the HIOKI 3554 professional measurement instruments measure the lead-acid batteries, the cell aging can be judged by data of the cell voltage, resulting in that the maintenance of lead-acid batteries is more effective and accurate to judge the aging state of cell. Each lead-acid batteries of each mold can directly be measured without stopping the UPS devices. Furthermore, the aging state of the lead-acid batteries can be quickly diagnosed, the production efficiency of semiconductor companies can be enhanced, the aging state of cell can be quickly analyzed, the occurrence rate of company equipment abnormality can be reduced, and the company's profitability can be enhanced.
