Summary:	本文採用兩國模型，考慮一人力資本貧乏國與一豐富國。首先驗證B&R (2007) 之貿易模式、社會福利與公共選擇。本文考慮一國可以藉教育累積人力資本，並分析因而改變之比較利益與貿易模式。觀察兩國因為教育效率的高低，由貿易所造成的所得分配變化與社會福利改變。考慮公共選擇後，教育又是如何影響人民對於貿易的決策。本文發現，教育不全然會對於兩國帶來正面的影響，在不同的教育水準下，對於兩國的所得分配、社會福利會有不同的影響。 With a two-country model in which one country has lower human capital endowment than the other, we first verify the results of B&R (2007) regarding to trade pattern, social welfare and public choice. Then we consider the accumulation of human capital (through education) in the country with lower human capital to see how comparative advantage and trade pattern are affected. We also analyze how income distribution, social welfare and public choice change in two countries. We found that how efficient the education is plays a crucial role in our analysis.
