摘要註:	近年來，產品的生產履歷不再只局限於農、畜、牧等產業，製造業也需提供其完整的生產履歷做為品質的控管及生產狀況的即時掌握，所以在訂單交期過短及急單的狀況下，供應鏈之間的資訊緊密度及現場生產狀況的資料是否能即時反應，都更加的影響著工廠是否能順利的生產出貨。因此，本研究以F公司之製造執行系統為研究對象，從資訊品質、系統品質、服務品質、工作滿意度及對組織的影響等五個構面來分析該製造執行系統的執行狀況。主要的研究發現如下：（1）製造執行系統報表對資材人員及現場單位作業者的報表部份是有用的，但對基層或中階主管則希望能產生更多的不同維度的統計報表；（2）新系統開發時需要將舊系統的操作習慣也納入，以增加人員的適應性；（3）系統功能單一化，可提高使用者的接受度，以增加使用者工作滿意度；（4）硬體設備的導入評估，不只要考慮工作環境，也需納入使用者的年紀及對新科技的接受程度才不會失敗；(5)二維條碼的導入對製造執行系統之應用是有效益的。本研究也提供進一步討論與建議，供F公司未來訂定政策或策略的參考。 Recently, the traceability of production history is no longer limited to agriculture or livestock industry. The manufacturing industry also needs to provide complete production history to manage quality and monitor the production status. Given the supply condition that non-schedule and/or urgent order are necessary, the information inseparability and local production status are the key to the order delivery quality. In consequence, this research thesis conducts a case study to evaluate the performance of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) recently implemented by the case company (F company). The information quality, system quality, service quality, job satisfaction, and performance are outlined to collect data from users. Research findings reveal that (1) report of the MES is useful for the materials staff and field workers, yet various type of reports are necessary for basic or mid-level supervisors, (2) it is required to bring old system’s operating practice into new system’s development to gain personnel’s adaptability, (3) to simplify system function can raise user’s acceptance and gain user’s job satisfaction, (4) the import assessment of hardware device not only needs to consider work environment but also user’s age and acceptance of new technology to avoid failure, and (5) the import of dimensional bar code is effective to MES. Implications and suggestion are also addressed.
