本論文使用不同量Eu2O3之添加,來探討Eu3+含量不同對Sr3Al2O6及SrAl2O4螢光粉的螢光特性之影響。起始原料分別為SrCO3、Al2O3、Eu2O3,而螢光粉之組成為Sr3Al2O6+0.5~2 mol% Eu2O3及SrAl2O4+0.5~2 mol% Eu2O3,而螢光粉之燒結溫度為1000~1300ºC,持溫時間為2小時。燒結完成之Sr3Al2O6:Eu3+、SrAl2O4:Eu3+螢光粉粉末分別以X-Ray繞射光譜儀(XRD)分析其晶體結構、螢光光譜儀(PL)分析其發光特性、掃描式電子顯微鏡(SEM)觀察粉末之晶粒大小。我們發現燒結溫度與Eu2O3含量會對Sr3Al2O6及SrAl2O4螢光粉特性有很大之影響,我們將在論文中呈現這些影響之結果。 In this study, the effect of Eu2O3 concentration on the fluorescence properties of Sr3Al2O6 and SrAl2O4 phosphors were studied. SrCO3, Al2O3, and Eu2O3 were used as raw materials and Sr3Al2O6+0.5~2 mol% Eu2O3 and SrAl2O4+0.5~2 mol% Eu2O3 were used as the compositions. Those raw materials were mixed and sintered for 2hr at the temperatures of 1000~1300oC. The crystal structures, luminescence properties, particle sizes of the synthesized Sr3Al2O6:Eu3+ and SrAl2O4:Eu3+ phosphors were analyzed by using X-Ray diffraction(XRD) pattern, photoluminesce(PL), and scanning electron microscopy(SEM), respectively. We had found the sintering temperature and Eu2O3 concentration had large effects on the properties of Sr3Al2O6 and SrAl2O4 phosphors, we would investigate those results in this research.
