    摘要註: 人才是企業最重要資產,企業若要持續成長、永續經營,首要目標就是要讓員工願意並且樂意投入心力為企業工作,因此,本研究以領導類型、企業文化、組織承諾為自變項,工作滿意為依變項,探討領導類型、企業文化、組織承諾與工作滿意的關聯性。本研究問卷以營造業甲級營造廠家為母體,共發放300份問卷,其中回收有效問卷254份進行分析。根據實證分析結果,獲致以下幾點結論:1.營造業人口統計變數對工作滿意構面無所差異;年齡變項對領導類型構面則有所差異,性別變項對企業文化構面有所差異;工作年資變項對組織承諾構面有顯著差異。2.營造業領導類型與企業文化、營造業領導類型與組織承諾及營造業企業文化與組織承諾有顯著的正相關。3.營造業領導類型與工作滿意有顯著的正相關。4.營造業企業文化與工作滿意有顯著的正相關。5.營造業組織承諾與工作滿意有顯著的正相關。 Skilled labor is the most important asset of an enterprise. The sustainable development and growth of an enterprise its primary goal is to make its employees willingly and happily to put their efforts on job. This study is to investigate the relationship among leadership style, corporate culture, and organizational commitment on job satisfaction for A-Class construction firms. A total of 300 copies of survey questionnaires are sent to A-Class construction firms. Some 254 valid questionnaires are returned. By using the SPSS software to undertake statistical analysis, the major findings are summarized as follows:1. The demographic variables are not significantly different on job satisfaction; however, the age group on leadership style, the gender on corporate culture, and employment-year on organizational commitment are all significantly different for A-Class construction firms. 2. There is a significant correlation between leadership style and corporate culture, leadership style and organizational commitment, and corporate culture and organizational commitment for A-Class construction firms. 3. A highly significant positive correlation between leadership style and job satisfaction for A-Class construction firms. 4. A highly significant positive correlation between corporate culture and job satisfaction for A-Class construction firms. 5. A highly significant positive correlation between organizational commitment and job satisfaction for A-Class construction firms.
