    摘要註: 商業市場的變化沒有可依循的規則,當企業面臨競爭者不斷增加時,產業競爭也會越發激烈,亦會造成經營更加複雜化。如何在這樣變幻莫測的經營環境裡,選擇或發展適合自己的商業模式,已經成為其是否能永續經營的重要因素。C公司一向以進口貿易為主,代理進口交通執法舉證設備,面臨國內相關新的技術及更短的產品生命週期,再加上受政府每年編列之預算限制,產品品質及功能性要求也隨之增加,尋求最佳的經營策略已是刻不容緩。面對市場和更激烈的競爭狀況,商業模式思考可協助企業經由分析結果,取得競爭優勢,並經過創新改變而超越競爭對手。 本研究以Osterwalder and Pigneur (2010)之Business Model Canvas商業模式四大主要領域衍生出來的九大區塊為研究分析工具,探討個案企業的價值主張、內部運作機制(主要活動、重要資源、關鍵伙伴) 、外部市場與顧客(顧客區隔、顧客關係、市場通路)以及財務能力(收入來源、成本結構)等。依據深度訪談所蒐集資料的分析結果,提出個案公司未來適合且可行性較高的創新商業模式與營運策略建議,以便提升其競爭優勢。在面對市場改變與激烈競爭的壓力下,透過這些改變,個案公司可因此而獲取更高的利潤,及達到永續發展與獲得更佳的競爭優勢。 For changes in the competitive market, there are no rules to follow. When companies face increased competition, the industry as a whole becomes harsher and more complicated. In this unpredictable environment, how a company selects or develops its business model is an important factor of sustainable development. C company mainly imports traffic enforcement equipment. In recent years, C has faced numerous challenges, including domestic competition and shorter product life cycles. Coupled with the constrained provision of annual government budget and increased requirement for product quality and functions, thus, seeking new and better business strategies and models is imperative. Through a business model based analysis, a company can attain a better lead and accomplish more innovation for building competitive advantage. In this study, the Business Model Canvas template proposed by Osterwalder and Pigneur (2010) was employed to diagnose the case company. The business model Canvas can be broken down into four main areas (and nine subclasses) for further research and analysis: business value propositions, the internal operations (key activities, key resources, and key partnerships), external markets and customers (customer segmentation, customer relationship, and channel), and the financial capability (revenue streams and cost structure). By analyzing data collected through several in-depth interviews, this study makes the proposal to enhance case company's competitive advantage by appropriate and feasible innovative business models and operational strategies. Through these changes, case company can achieve greater profits, maintain sustainable development and advance competitive advantage in the face of an ever-changing market and fierce competition.
