    摘要註: 近年來,愈來愈多公共圖書館興建在學校裏,使學校圖書館朝向與公共圖書館合作且資源共享之模式興建,以節省政府資源並充分發揮圖書館的功能。學校結合公共圖書館不僅是目前政府正在推行之政策,學校師生與民眾可利用公共圖書館;共同辦理社區各項研習、藝文與競賽活動,結合學校、圖書館與民眾之專業知識等資源使圖書館成為民眾的生涯學習中心。本研究發現公共圖書館於規劃時應著重於空間的配置與使用者的需求,透過用後評估(Post Occupancy Evaluation)的觀點來檢討既往公共圖書館建築設計與規劃之實行成效,並探討圖書館建築與使用者需求間的落差,藉之可以探討公共圖書館之最佳規劃設計與營運管理模式。本研究以楠仔坑圖書館為案例,藉由用後評估來探討楠仔坑圖書館建築空間與設施使用成效的各種因素,從中發現問題與提出建議。本研究同時將前述經驗與結論回饋到籌設中河堤國小與社區圖書館的共構興建,演練提出建築空間規劃書,以供學校與圖書館的管理者在建築規劃與設計工作的參考。本研究透過文獻分析法,探討圖書館建築與用後評估相關理論,並輔以個案分析探討。透過深度訪談法,探討楠仔坑圖書館的空間使用狀況與滿意程度。並以空間調查法探討圖書館;空間的物理環境因素與現狀問題。最後經過分析歸納後提出楠仔坑圖書館用後評估之具體建議。研究結論略述如次:一、建立公共圖書館興建在學校校園內的設置要領;二、圖書館與學校共構興建,建築前置規劃須重視圖書館與學校之需求;三、圖書館建築規劃設計須考慮各項界面之整合;四、圖書館與學校資源共享時須結合學校之教學課程;五、圖書館建築需考量校園總體規劃及安全性問題;六、應著重圖書館空間動線規劃;七、圖書館內部空間應採『彈性』、『擴充性』設計;八、圖書館於建築規劃時需考量無障礙環境之設計;九、圖書館於建築規劃時需考量照明、通風、隔音;十、建築師設計圖書館空間時需考慮使用者之體驗與感受;十一、圖書館於建築規劃時要考慮日後學校、館方保養、清潔維護之問題;十二、複合式圖書館其建築規劃要考慮動靜分離;十三、圖書館於維護管理上,可使用儀器測量圖書館內部之物理環境來獲得調整的依據;十四、圖書館建築於戶外可規劃休閒圖書區,以擴大閱讀環境氛圍的效益。最後,本研究建議:一、建議教育局與文化局單位於圖書館經營維護上互相合作;二、建議高雄市政府成立學校與圖書館興建專案小組,作為整合機制。 In recent years, more and more public libraries built in school. The school library and public library cooperation towards the sharing of resources and the construction of the model to save the government resources to give full play to the library functions. Schools with public libraries is not only the policy that government is currently implementing, teachers and students and public can use public libraries for the learning, arts and competitions. Combining with schools, libraries and the public of the professional knowledge and other resources to the public library as a career learning center. This research found the public library space planning should focus on configuration and users' requirement. Using the method of Post Occupancy Evaluation (POE) to discuss the previous architectural design and the planning of public library as well as reviewing the gap between library construction and users' requirement. By this way, to discuss the best planning design and operational management mode of public libraries. Nanzaikeng Community Library, in this research as a case library, by using the Post Occupancy Evaluation to discuss the performance of library architecture space and facilities, and identified problems and make recommendations. According to conclusions and experience of this research stated above, proposed the building space plan for exercise of Kaohsiung Embankment Elementary School and community Library, as a reference to proceed construction planning and design work in the future. This research investigate the library architecture and Post Occupancy Evaluation theory by document analysis method, and supplemented by archival analysis method. Using in-depth interview method to investigate the space usage and satisfaction of Nanzaikeng Community Library. Space survey method is used to investigate the physical factors of library space and current problems. Lastly, analysis and generalization are made to offer concrete suggestions to Nanzaikeng Community Library on Post Occupancy Evaluation. The Conclusions as simplified as following: (1). It should be establish guidelines of public library building that built in the school campus. (2). the public libraries that built in school, on building pre-planning by whom must pay much attention to the requirements of library and school. (3). the planning and design of library architecture and construction was supposed to consider the integration of the various interfaces. (4) sharing of resources with the school, library can be combined with school curriculum. (5). the library buildings need to consider the campus master planning and safety issues. (6). the library buildings should focus on library space line planning. (7). the library interior design should be considered with the flexibility and expandability. (8). library architecture should be considered when the construction planning and design of barrier-free environment. (9). library should be considered in the lighting, ventilation and noise. (10). the feelings and experiences of users should be considered when architect designing library space. (11). the cleaning and maintenance problems in the future should be considered in planning & designing the library building. (12). libraries in modes of complexity should be considered the separating between the static and the dynamic actives. (13) using the instruments to measure the physical environment inside the library to get the basis of adjustment. (14). planning an outdoor recreation area for reading could be considered to expand the benefits of reading ambience. And, finally, suggestions in the research were: (1). on maintenance management of Complexity modes of libraries, it was proposed the Department of Cultural Affairs and the Department of Education should cooperate with each other. (2). It was suggested that Kaohsiung City Government should establish a project group for schools with libraries construction as an integration mechanism.
