摘要註:	近年來，高爾夫球比賽電視轉播日益頻繁，進而帶動高爾夫運動蓬勃發展，連帶使美日以外地區高爾夫球運動人口激增，相繼培養出許多新生代知名球星，進而帶動國人對高爾夫球運動的注意與高爾夫行業的熱絡發展。不過，目前針對高爾夫運動或運動觀光發展的相關研究，以運動產業發展的社會及經濟效益、運動觀光政策推動與發展性的分析及以全球高爾夫產業發展看中國高爾夫球產業發展趨勢等方面，對於專業指導與球場經營的研究仍十分缺乏。因此，本研究透過以C高爾夫球訓練中心的學員為深入訪談的實證研究方法，計畫透過檢視個案學習歷程，探索學員的訓練需求與訓練產業的發展策略，期能架構一個完整的訓練架構模型，研究發現與建議將可成為個案訓練中心的教學策略參考。研究結果發現，個案C訓練中心在整體技術訓練的指導明確度最高，體能訓練的指導明確度為次，心理訓練的指導明確度相對較低。最後，根據研究發現與結論，對於C高爾夫球訓練中心的訓練課程、訓練方式與訓練設備提出管理與發展建議。 Recently, Professional Golf Tournaments are becoming more frequently, thereby causing golf to flourish, affecting the growth of the golf population outside the United States and Japan, having developed many new generation of players. Therefore, driving people's attention to golf and the golf industry's hot development, and the current research for the development of golf or sports tourism, Social and economic benefits of sports industry development, Sports tourism policy to promote and development of the analysis and the development of the global golf industry to see the development trend of China's golf industry, etc. For professional guidance and stadium management research is still very lacking.Therefore, this study uses C golf training center for in-depth interviews with students of empirical research methods, The program will examine the case study process, explore the training needs of the trainees and the development strategies of the training industry, term structure of a complete training architecture model, research findings and recommendations will serve as reference points for teaching strategies for case-based training centers. The results showed that the C training center had the highest degree of instruction in the overall technical training, the instruction degree of the physical training was the second, and the instruction degree of the psychological training was relatively low. Finally, according to the research findings and conclusions, this paper puts forward management and development suggestions for training courses, training methods and training equipments of C Golf Training Center.
