摘要註:	本研究旨在瞭解肌肉上癮的盛行率，並探討肌肉上癮、社會體型焦慮和身體檢查行為的關係。自某大型連鎖健身中心北、中、南重量訓練區，以隨機抽樣法選取520位徵得同意後為研究對象，平均年齡27.92 (SD = 7.5) 歲。徵求同意後，讓其填寫肌肉上癮問卷、社會體型焦慮量表及身體檢查行為問卷。所得資料以變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關和階層迴歸分析處理。獲得結果為：肌肉上癮盛行率為12.5%，肌肉上癮者在男性身體檢查行為得分顯著高於無肌肉上癮者。肌肉上癮與社會體型焦慮及男性身體檢查行為呈正相關。肌肉上癮可以顯著的預測所有身體檢查行為構面。結論指出：肌肉上癮的發生與社會體型焦慮有關，且肌肉上癮會誘發檢查整體肌肉發達程度的行為。 This study aimed to investigate the prevalence of muscle dysmorphia, and to explore the relationships between muscle dysmorphia, social physique anxiety, and body checking behavior. Using random sampling method selected 520 volunteers as the participants from three branches of a famous fitness centers. After the participants providing informed consents, they were administered by muscle dysmorphia questionnaire, social physique anxiety inventory, and body checking behaviors questionnaire. Analysis of variance, Pearson’s product-moment correlation and hierarchical regression analysis utilized for data analysis. The results were as follows: There were 12.5% of participants have muscle dysmorphia. Participants have muscles dysmorphia are checking their body more frequent than the participants who have no muscle dysmorphia. Additionally, there were positive correlations between muscle dysmorphia and social physique anxiety and body checking behavior. The muscle dysmorphia can significantly predict all the body checking behaviors dimensions. Concluded that the occurrence of muscle dysmorphia related to social physique anxiety, and the muscle dysmorphia can induce checking behavior of muscularity.
