摘要註:	目前台灣面板產值已突破二兆新台幣，為我國極為重要產業之一。但自從2008年金融海嘯重創面板產業後，各家業者面臨前所未有的嚴苛考驗，近年來全球面板市場需求已逐漸恢復，其中韓國已逐漸拉大與我國的差距，加上中國近年快速的崛起，以及日本內部面板產業的整合。我國面板產業應如何面對目前的產業環境擬定合適的產業策略方向將值得我們探討。本研究利用個案專家訪談方式，以產業的7S內部分析與產業的八力外部分析為訪談架構，訪談六位面板產業的資深經理人。透過專家訪談之意見彙總與分析，歸納出目前台灣面板產業之特性、7S與八力之現況分析，最後，再使用SWOT分析來擬定該產業之未來發展策略，盼能提供面板產業的相關廠商，得以了解未來的經營策略。 The flat panel display industry is one of the important industry in Taiwan and the output value has exceeded NT$2 trillion. Due to financial crisis in 2008 seriously impacting flat panel display industry, all the related manufacturers faced challenges under severe circumstances In recent years, the global flat panel display demand is increasing and Korea’s high technology, China’s rapid growth and Japan’s well integration capability have posed menace to Taiwan flat panel display manufacturers. How Taiwan manufacturers of this industry can make appropriate strategies to face the current industry environment becomes critical and is worth exploring.This study used the method of expert interview. Mckinsey 7S Model and Porter eight forces analysis are used as the framework to interview with six senior managers specilized in flat panel display field. According to experts’ opinions and analysis, the characteristics of Taiwan's flat panel industry , Mckinsey 7S Model and Porter eight forces analysis are summarized after several times of interview. Finally SWOT analysis is used to develop strategies to help Taiwan flat panel display manufacturers to fully understand the industry environment and make appropriate strategies in the future.
