摘要註:	民國38年是個政治動盪的時代，國民政府為安定軍心並且安頓來台的軍人及家眷，紛紛建造或利用日治時期所遺留下來的宿舍，成為日後軍人及其家眷居住的空間，日後便將這樣的空間稱之為是眷村。眷村是在台灣歷史洪流下的重要產物，也是近代台灣歷史中特殊的建築樣貌與居住型態，它承載了許多人的成長記憶與生命經驗，是台灣珍貴的歷史資產。隨著時代的演進生活及建築型態也逐漸改變，林立的高樓漸漸取代早年興建的窳陋眷村，自「國軍眷村改建條例」公告施行，更讓一棟棟的老舊眷舍如融冰般加速消失，而屬於台灣的特殊歷史記憶，也即將走入歷史。本研究將黃埔新村列為本次研究之對象，其研究之目的為探討眷村空間再利用之方向，整體研究架構是探討已活化轉型的眷村及相關空間再利用之案例，了解其空間營運及活化之優缺點，透過相關案例之探討，研擬出最適合整體發展及歷史紋理的空間再利用方向，並研擬後續發展之可行性，繼而讓眷村保存完整活化，提昇後續之使用率。研究方法同時採用訪談，訪談對象分別為黃埔新村在地耆老、高雄市政府文化局、相關成功案例之經營管理者等。訪談過程中，大多數的受訪者均覺得歷史空間再利用之成敗與其位屬周邊交通機能、整體環境及後續經營管理者之執行方向有關。本研究希冀，透過相關案例探討、訪談及實地踏勘過程中所獲得之資訊，能成為黃埔新村後續再利用發展之參酌資料，以期望能作為後續眷村發展之研究參考資料。 And 1949 was the political turbulent time, the national government comes Taiwan's serviceman and the family calmly for the stability morale of troops, constructed or the dormitory using the during the Japanese occupation left behind, becomes the serviceman and the family live space, then such space called the military dependents. This research object is Huangpu new village, its aim is to probe the direction of re-used military dependents space. The whole research construction was the discussion activated reforming military dependents and the correlation space re-use cases, Understand its merit and shortcoming of space operation and activate, through the study of related case, draw up the most suitable match the space of whole development and history veins again make use of a direction, and draw up the feasibility of follow-up development, subsequently let the military dependents preserve an integrity to activate, promote a follow-up utilization rate. Research methods while using interviews were the local Huangpu new village seniors, Kaohsiung City Government Department of Cultural Affairs, the managers of other relevant success stories. Interview the process in, most interviewees all feel the history space re-use of success or failure with it belong to the perimeter transportation function, whole environment and follow-up management the governor's performance direction relevant. This research hope through the relevant case discussion, the interview and during field reconnaissance obtain the information , can become Huangpu new village reuse development follow-up data and look forward to the follow-up military dependents development as a research reference。
