    摘要註: 網路科技的推陳出新使得現代人依賴網路的狀況越來越明顯,倘若沒有搜尋到相關的主題網站,使用者在收集資料時可能需要花費更多的心力整理這些片段式的資料。由於目前網路仍缺乏一個有關檸檬的知識主題網站,對於有心想了解檸檬知識的瀏覽者而言,不但造成不便外,更可能被未經證實之資訊誤導。本研究以J公司為例,提出由個案公司主導建構檸檬知識網之可行性分析,探討建構檸檬知識網可能投入的成本可行性、網管人員需求可行性、知識資源需求可行性、顯性經濟效益可行性、及隱性經濟效益可行性。主要研究結果如下:(一)在成本投入方面,初期傾向試水溫的方式,透過小幅度的投資,參考其效益再決定是否大力度的投入。(二)在網管人員需求方面,個案公司同樣抱持保守、試水溫的態度,但也認同在網站大幅度成長後,因有配置人員之需求。(三)在知識資源方面,個案公司均認定內外部均有此需求,並且看好未來之發展。(四)在顯性經濟效益方面,個案公司認為知識網站應盡量避免過於高度的商業色彩,維繫知識網站之專業形象。(五)在隱性經濟效益方面,個案公司看好檸檬知識網可以帶來正面的形象加分,以及輔助個案公司行銷產品。本論文也提出若干管理意函與建議。 With the advanced development of information technology, people has been increasingly using Internet for needs and wants of both daily life and business works. Apparently, without an effective website on which they can rely to acquire information and knowledge users need a quite amount of effort to collect and manage information and knowledge they need. There is a lack of a website for the lemon subject, resulting in either not sufficient or incorrect information and knowledge available about lemon. The research thesis conducts a case study (J case company) that deals with the development feasibility of lemon knowledge website. The subjects for the feasibility analysis covers cost, requirement of web administrator, requirement of knowledge sources, explicit economic profit, and tacit economic profit. Main research findings show that (1) for the cost feasibility, the case company supports, but tends to invest small budget in the beginning, and then determine whether increases according to the performance. (2) for the requirement of web administrator, the case company adopts the conservative attitude, but will be willing to allocate a specialist for the website at the time the web serves as a main knowledge provider for company. (3) for the knowledge sources, case company confirms the needs of lemon knowledge for their customers. (4) for the explicit economic profit, case company prefer that the website should maintain professional, rather too much business demands. (5) for the tacit economic profit, case company confirms its positive effect on company reputation and product marketing. Implications and suggestions are also addressed.
