    Summary: 1997年適逢個案公司之母企業集團成立50週年,集團總裁指出,考量企業發展應多角化經營,才能確保組織永續成長,因而成立個案公司,正式跨足汽車分期貸款與汽車租賃產業。個案公司接著於2006年成立非汽車租賃部門,正式跨足融資型租賃的領域,因該領域並非個案公司所擅長的汽車產業,勢必經歷多年的摸索與經驗累積才能更上一層,探討其商業模式有利於未來之發展。本研究採用 Osterwalder and Pigneur 所提出之商業模式的九大區塊為主,並訪談個案公司相關的營業人員與銀行業者,針對其所提出之看法加以整理,以便提供可行且適當的創新商業模式與營運策略,提升個案公司的競爭優勢。根據訪談與分析結果得知,建議在「內部活動」方面,應延攬具相關經驗之員工,並與銀行業者多加請益,目前應以學習站穩腳步,不可一昧追求業績成長。而在「外部市場」方面,應保握現有之企業長租客戶,從中延伸較優質之客戶,並著重客戶再介紹客戶之管道。「營收模式」方面,個案公司應著重財務之風險控管能力,並透過學有專精、洞悉產業及具有良好操守之人員把關,才能降低財務風險之發生。 1997 marks the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the parent conglomerate of case company, Group President pointed out that the development of enterprises should consider diversification for ensuring sustainable growth of the organization. In order to officially branch out into car installment loans and car rental industries, case company was founded in 1997. The case company then established non-automotive leasing sector in 2006 and officially step into the field of finance-type leasing. This field is not similar to the automotive industry in which the case company specializes, so that the case company is bound to go through years of trial and error and accumulated experience to the next level. It is worthy to explore its business model for future development. In this study, nine elements of business model proposed by Osterwalder and Pigneur (2010) are employed as analysis framework and data are collected through in-depth interviews with company personnel and banking-related business. According to the analyses, this study makes the proposal to enhance case company’s competitive advantage by appropriate and feasible innovative business models and operational strategies.Based on interviews and analysis of results, this study suggests that in the aspect of "internal activities", the case company should recruit employees with relevant experience and ask the banking industry for advices. Currently, studying footing should not be reimbursing the pursuit of growth performance. For "outside markets", case company should retain existing long-term lease corporate customers and attract more high-quality customers. How to increase customer base through customer recommendation is of most important. In the aspect of "revenue model", the case company should focus on financial risk management capabilities and reduce the financial risks through controlled by employees with expertise, industry-insight, and integrity.
