    摘要註: 隨著網際網路的技術日益進步,使得多媒體安全與數位資料版權保護受到許多的關注。其中,數位浮水印技術就是一項被廣泛使用的智慧財產權保護方法。數位浮水印是將象徵數位著作者的資訊結合到數位多媒體之中,待未來發生所有權爭議時,可以反向的由數位多媒體中擷取出著作者的資訊,作為版權認證的依據。本論文提出一個基於離散小波轉換、離散餘弦轉換與奇異值分解之強韌數位浮水印技術,並以遺傳演算法求取奇異值分解空間上的浮水印嵌入強度之最佳解。實驗中透過標準測試程式Checkmark進行多樣化的浮水印攻擊測試,實驗結果顯示出,本方法在具備良好視覺品質的同時,也對數種普遍的影像處理攻擊具有其強韌性。 With the rapid expansion of Internet and distributed technology, multimedia security and digital rights management have been received much attention in the literature. As a major method for intellectual property right protecting, digital watermarking techniques have been widely studied and used. A variety of watermarking algorithms has been proposed for digital images. In this paper, a robust digital image watermarking scheme which applies the discrete wavelet transform, discrete cosine transform, and singular value decomposition (DWT-DCT-SVD) is presented. Since the values of scaling factors determine the watermark strength; therefore, we use the genetic algorithm to search the proper values in order to satisfy both imperceptibility and robustness requirements. Experimental results are provided to illustrate that the proposed technique is robust to Checkmark image-processing attacks.
