摘要註:	在當今高度都市化的台灣，經濟成長快速、生活機能及交通設施便捷，但密集的水泥城牆卻也阻隔了人與人之間的那份情誼，導致原先集體記憶淡薄的都市社區，社區意識更加式微，終究演化出公民意識低落、犯罪率高且充斥私利的都市氛圍與社會網絡。回顧相關社造文獻，在汗牛充棟的鄉村社區案例中，多半僅停留在凝聚社區意識及空間實踐之層次，少見提出公民社會之願景與企圖，除了鄰避情節誘發的集體抗爭外，對於都市社區的自發性營造更是希罕，忽視台灣居住環境近數十年來大量都市化之問題與其社區營造對策，是故，本研究經由文獻回顧與社造經驗收集，提出嶄新的意識型態架構及其操作性定義，主張應探討由集體記憶積累成社區意識，並昇華至公民意識之三位漸進關係。本研究以參與觀察法及深度訪談法，將社區居民社會網絡、價值態度與生活環境品質問題，收斂至日常居住之社區空間環境，經研究發現：公共空間藉由其公共性引發的社會網絡，並透過其他輔助方法，可漣漪出民眾自主的價值性。故空間營造與公民意識有顯著關連性；在不損害他人利益原則下，以滿足私利觀點出發，並體察社區內外可能的人力連結與資源開發，擴大參與的層面與範圍。即為投入研究地區之誘因及根本對策。本研究經反省，認為社區居民在價值觀改變程度、及後續國宅基金下放自主管理方面，都還有極大努力空間。期許本文能以自身拙見，為在地空間環境議題略盡棉薄之力。 There are greatly urbanization and economy development in Taiwan since 1970s. Which was bound of the transportation and urban living life, but unfortunately there are in-filled cement jungle everywhere, and split the interaction of the people and the communities. With the depress of the citizen consciousness, the social phenomena gradually evolve to social anomy, increased rate of criminal, pursuit of utilitarianism, and flowing away of the collective memory.From the mass lectures review, it were focused on the level in establishment of the community consciousness and spatial practice, rarely to claim the scenario and temptation for solving the urban practice issue except for the sake of NIMBY effect induced collective protest. As we know, the spontaneity construction of the community is rare experience, ignored the problem of urbanization process was the problem of the community empowerment by now. Therefore, the study argued that it should be claimed the newly performance definitions of the community empowerment and advocated that there are association of the three steps, via the community collective memory to accumulate the community consciousness, and then with the community consciousness to achieve the citizen consciousness.The approaches of this study was applied the “Participation Observation” and “ In-depth Interview”. The attempts is to convergent social networks, values and attitudes, physical environment acknowledgements of community residents as an spatial interactions for everyday of life. And the finding was, by means of the publicity within public space will induce the social network interactions, and then depends on the extra supplementary spatial practices will derive the independence of the community residents. The results were association available between the community spatial creating and civil consciousness. As comforts the private benefits, meanwhile integrated
