隨著經濟自由化及國際化的潮流及衝擊襲捲全球,國營企業如何優化體質,降低成本讓國營企業得以永續經營是各級管理者的目標。近年來,中國石油公司尋求另一國際的成功企業,以進行合資,並投入另一上下游相關產業,藉由學習國際成功企業的經營策略及核心競爭力,融合本土自身公司能力及優勢創造另一間企業公司的組織文化及具競爭力永續經營。但合資牽涉到了與另外一家不同組織文化、不同經營理念的公司合作,母公司間勢必要不斷的進行溝通協調,甚至會產生利益衝突。所以,對於合資帶來的影響,也是很多學者想要探討的焦點。Porter認為企業的競爭優勢來自內部的企業個體及外部的企業環境。企業個體是透過「價值鏈分析」從企業的各項價值活動來探討企業競爭力的來源。而企業環境則透過「五力分析」從產業結構觀點來探討企業競爭力的來源。因此本研究透過質性研究,訪談中國石油公司合資事業A、B公司,並分別進行Porter之五力分析與價值鏈分析作對應比較,探討兩合資公司發展的差異與相似之處,進而找出關鍵成功因素,提升企業競爭優勢,對於公司、產業、學術等可參考與幫助。 Due to the trend of the liberalization and globalization, the improvements of operating efficiency and reducing costs of the state-own enterprise become important objectives of the management. Recently, China Petroleum Corporation (CPC) of Taiwan tries to launch a joint venture with a successful international enterprise to implement the vertical mergers and acquisitions in the industry. By learning from the management strategy and core competency of this successful international enterprise, CPC can develop its own advantage of the organizational culture and competition on the sustainable management. However, joint venture involves in different organizational cultures and management concepts. The conflicts between domestic and foreign corporations are unavoidable. Therefore, communication is an essential factor and the effect of the joint venture becomes an issue discussed by the scholar. Porter asserts that the corporate competitiveness is from the internal of the enterprise entity and the external of the enterprise environment. Porter indicates that the source of the corporate competitiveness is from the analysis of the value chain. In terms of the industrial structure, enterprise environment can discuss the source of the enterprise competitive advantage through the analysis of five forces. Therefore, the objective of this study is to do the qualitative research by interviewing with senin management in Firm A and B joint ventures of CPC. The differences and similarities of these two joint ventures of CPC are analyzed through the analyses of five forces and the value chain. Furthermore, the key successful a used factors will be identified, to improve the corporate competitiveness.
