摘要註:	隨著全球化不斷的發展，使得產業的環境變動迅速，也帶給企業營運上的衝擊。有效的利用資訊科技，妥善規劃和配置企業內部的資源，已成為企業在管理上的一項重要議題，也成為企業生存的一項關鍵因素。而企業在規劃資訊系統時所遇到的問題是企業資源有限，如何將有限的資源做最有效的規劃，這是企業所面臨的挑戰。而且所有資訊系統的運作，都跟網路脫不了關係，因此在規劃資訊系統時，企業資訊網的建構是必須優先列入考量。雖然企業資訊網的建置費用占整個資訊系統建置費用相對比較低，但是企業資訊網的優劣往往可以決定資訊系統執行的成效高低。本研究透過個案研究法，以T公司為研究對象，探討企業建構企業資訊網所考量的關鍵問題，資料蒐集係透過訪談其高階主管並做記錄。研究結果發現企業資訊網建置是否可以達到企業期望，取決於：（一）明確的願景（二）高階主管的支持（三）系統建置人員的能力（四）外部技術專家的參與（五）使用者的參與。而完善的事前建置規劃也是影響企業資訊網建置成效的重要步驟。 With the development of globalization, the rapid changes have raised a great impact on the industry operations. To effectively adopt information technology and adequately allocate the inter-resources becomes one of the most important issues for enterprise management. However, one of the major problems in developing a resource plan is the resource limitation. It is realized that the operation of an information system is highly related to the Internet. Therefore, to develop an information system plan should first consider the infrastructure for the enterprise information systems. Although cost to build the enterprise information network is comparatively lower than the establishment of whole information systems, the quality of infrastructure is the key success to information system performance. This research conducts a case study where T company is used as an example to drive key factors for developing an enterprise information network. The data collection is based on the interview of top managers of the T company. Research results indicate that key factors would be (1) the definitive vision, (2) the support of top management, (3) the ability of the system developers, (4) the outsourcing technology, and (5) the user participation. A comprehensive system analysis and design is also an important step in developing the enterprise information network.
