    摘要註: 近年來由於國人少子化關係,家長對於子弟在學校的安全問題特別注重,其中以學生是否到校出席與校園環境安全最為重視。中小學由於校園幅員廣大、採開放式管理,且由於人事精簡,使得校園管理的工作相當吃重。 由於RFID技術的成熟,許多使用RFID的運用領域隨之興起,RFID技術應用層面相當廣泛,例如門禁管制、防盜系統、物流管理、電子貨幣等,皆具有相當程度的發展,未來RFID的應用領域將會更加普及化。 随著Internet的興起,VoIP也越來越熱門,近幾年來SIP靠著其簡單、擴充性高的特性,已經廣泛的應用在VoIP領域。現今網路電話通訊發展SIP已成為主流技術之一。 本文將RFID辨識功能與SIP伺服器作整合,實作校園安全監控與考勤系統,利用當下熱門的RFID技術,去偵測使用者的情境資訊(使用者的身份與使用者的位置),能快速掌握環境內之人員,特別是幼童、學生避免進入危險地區。根據收集到的Tag資訊,並依事件之危急程度,使用網路電話系統通知管理人員,及早預防危險之發生。 In recent years, because the birth rate declines in our nation, the parents especially emphasize school safety of their children, in which presence of the students and safety of the campus surroundings are emphasized the most. Because junior high school and elementary school have a large campus, adopt open style management, and has simplified personnel, the campus management is heavy work. Because of mature RFID technology, many RFID application fields rise. The application dimensions of RFID technology are very extensive, for example, the door security control, anti-theft system, logistic management, electronic money etc., all of which develop to much extent. The prospective RFID application fields will be more available. With internet rise, VoIP has become more and more popular. In recent years, SIP has been extensively applied in the VoIP field by the simple and high expansion property. Now VoIP has made SIP one of the main stream technologies. The study integrates the RFID identification function and the SIP server, carries out the campus safety monitoring and attendance system, utilizes popular RFID technology nowadays to detect the users’ scenario information (the users’ identity and location) and be able to control the personnel within the surroundings, especially children and the dangerous areas where the students are not allowed to enter. Based on the collected Tag information and event emergency extent, VoIP is used to inform the administrators to prevent danger from happening as early as possible.
