在本論文中,我們將改良式基因演算法應用於重疊光譜的分離,而交配率、突變率、競爭式選擇以及交配方式為主要改良方向。此方法可同時提高搜尋穩定性與收斂速度,更可減少人為干預因素。雖然皮膚自體螢光訊號可提供有用的生物資訊,但於重疊的光譜中,卻難以區分各成分之變異。我們以模擬訊號驗證演算法之可行性,更進一步取得正常皮膚之自體螢光訊號。首先採337nm 之氮氣雷射(VSL-337ND-S, LSI)藉由Y 型光纖(Y-type fiber)照射於皮膚表面,並同時接收400 nm 到600 nm 之自體螢光訊號,此演算系統可精確的分離兩內生性螢光物質:煙鹼鹽基二核甘酸和黃素鹽基二核甘酸。 In this thesis, we present an improved genetic algorithm for resolution of overlappingspectra. The crossover and mutation rate, adjustment of tournament selection and crossoverstrategy are selected as crucial factors. These parameters are improved for better performance,such as stable search, convergence speed, and intervention of human factors intervention.Although skin auto-fluorescence has been provided useful biological information, theoverlapping spectrum is difficult to distinguish the components of variation. Therefore, wehave tested overlapping spectral by simulation to verify the feasibility of our algorithm. Inaddition, the skin auto-fluorescence spectra were obtained from the normal human skin forfurther application. An optical Y-type fiber was used to conduct excitation light from the337nm nitrogen laser (VSL-337ND-S, LSI) to the skin, and simultaneously to collect theemission signal from the skin to the spectrometer (SP-150, Princeton Instrument). The spectrawere displayed in the wavelength range from 400 nm to 600 nm. This proposed method canaccurately separate two endogenous fluorophores: nicotinamide adenine dinucleotid andflavin adenine dinucleotide .
