摘要註:	本研究選定製罐產業中的某台商公司為研究對象，分別針對該公司之生產線平衡、物料管理、品質管理以及工廠安全四個方面進行深入探討，目的在於希望提升工廠生產良率、加快生產速度以及提供給員工一個安全、舒適的工作環境，以增加員工的工作滿意度。在生產線平衡的部份，本研究選定個案公司的製罐生產線進行研究，找出其瓶頸作業，並提供改善方案予個案公司做參考，經計算，倘若個案公司願意採用本研究所提出之改善方案，將可望提高10%的生產速度。在物料管理的部份，本研究將個案公司的物料大致區分為三大類，並分別給予每一類物料三種不同的服務水準，以玆個案公司將來在決策時得以使用。在品質管理的部份，本研究以不同的品管手法探討了兩個製程，首先使用田口品質工程來決定「捲圓」製程之最佳參數組合，使試機時的不良率得以降低40%以上。接著，我們使用失效模式與效應分析來探討「印鐵」製程常會遭遇的問題，並提出改善建議予以改善。最後，在工廠安全的部份，本研究找出三點尚有改善之問題點，並提出改善建議，以提供個案公司進行相關改善。 In this study, a Taiwanese canning industry in China is examined in the following aspects: assembly line balance, material management, quality management, and plant safety. It is hoped that the findings will help increase not only the production yield rate and speed but also the job satisfaction through a safe and comfortable work environment offered. For the assembly line balance, in this study, the bottleneck operations of the canning production line are identified, and improvements are advised to increase 10% production rate. For the material management, the research divides the materials into three categories. There are three different service levels provided for the company’s future use. For the quality management, two processes are discussed by different ways. First, Taguchi Quality Engineering is utilized to decide the best parameter combination of the rolling process, which reduces the negative rate more than 40%. After that, the Failure Mode and the Effect Analysis are used to find out the common problems of the printing iron process. Some improvements are suggested.Finally, there are three problems pointed out for the plant safety. Some improvements are recommended.
