本研究主要以國內寵物用品零售業為對象,探討組織文化、策略性人力資源管理與組織績效之間關係的研究。主要目的在期望此研究能增進個案A公司組織文化(組織成員共享之價值觀與規範)與策略性人力資源管理(招募與甄選、員工訓練與領導行為)對組織績效影響之瞭解,從而建立個案A公司組織績效之整體概念。本研究採用質性研究之個案研究方法,透過文獻蒐集並深入企業內部,對個案A公司進行有關的經營高階主管、事業單位主管及資深人員進行質性訪談以獲得正確資訊。研究結果顯示,個案A公司對於組織文化、策略性人力資源管理與組織績效之間均具有顯著關係存在,組織採用兼顧成員共享之價值觀層面的策略性人力資源管理,組織成員會因為獲得正面的工作感受而激發對組織績效之整體表現的意願。型塑集體人員取向文化,導引以企業組織整體的目標及共同利益為一致信念,組織成員也會感受與組織互利共生的依存關係,而各指標與策略性人力資源管理若能配適,則能提升組織績效。 This research mainly takes the Retail Industry of domestic pet accessories as object, focus on discussion of the relationship between organizational culture, strategic human resource management and organizational performance.The main purpose of this research is to build an overall concept and establish performance structure of individual case A company, to promote organizational culture (organize the value and standard that’s shared by company’s members), strategic human resource management (employee recruitment, selection, training, and leadership behavior) and understand the impact of organizational performance.This research adopts the case study method of the quality research. Collects data through cultural heritage, goes deep into the enterprise’s inner part to obtain the right information from quality interview with individual case A Company’s top management executive, business supervisor and senior personnel.The study result manifest, that there exists an obvious relationship between individual case A company’s organizational culture, strategy human resource management and organizational performance. By adopting strategic human resource management that looks at both sides of the value shared by members, the members receive positive work feeling that result in boost of performance.The molding of mindset culture, the guidance of common, mutual benefit and consistent conviction to its members, will let members feel the symbiosis between enterprise and members. Along with the help of using each variable and strategic human resource management will lead the enterprise to organize and achieve its overall target.
