教育部推行「永續校園計畫」自民國九十一年實行至今邁入第九年,從早期的理念推廣進入實行的階段,並且在近幾年慢慢的展現出成果。然而目前在永續校園施行驗收檢視成果談論成敗的同時,往往沒有人想到在從計劃開始一直到設計規劃,乃至後期的施工與維護,相關過程中的辛酸與路程,唯有親自從計畫開始全程參與才能深感體會。 本研究期望透過永續校園與設計監造者角度之文獻彙整,來探究永續校園規劃設計時所遇到的限制與問題。並藉由研究者親身全程的參與,針對教育部民國九十二年至最新九十九年高雄市七所永續校園計畫所補助永續校園案例進行比較與分析,透過個案探討分析進行整理,並從規劃設計監造者的角度來研究各階段的過程,透過反推的方式尋找問題,並研擬出相關改善方案進而改善,作為後續執行單位及團隊能有案例分析參考。 It has been nine years since the execution of the Sustainable Campus Project promoted by the Ministry of Education in 2002; the project has moved from concept introduction to execution stage. In recent years, a number of achievements have been witnessed. At present, the Sustainable Campus Project has been evaluated and reviewed; however, few people have been focusing on the process from initial planning to maintenance at a later stage. Only the planners of the project who have participated from the initial stage can appreciate the efforts made. This research makes use of literature review from the perspective of aconstructor and supervisor of the Sustainable Campus Project planning and design to discuss limitations and problems encountered. With full participation of those involved, the researcher compared and analyzed seven cases sponsored by the Sustainable Campus Project in Kaohsiung City from 2003 to 2010. Through discussions and analysis, each stage of the process of individual cases was examined from the perspectives of project design constructor and supervisor. Reversal method was adopted in seeking solutions and proposing improvements for the reference of agent and team in charge of continuous execution.
