    摘要註: 摘要 從古蹟與歷史建築物文化資產保存的觀點,維護:日常災害預防,修復:毀損救治。在維護及保存的前置預警行為則是監測,透過監測預警行為掌握古蹟建築本體安全狀態,適時在徵兆發生時機予以介入安全性的檢測與評估。 本研究以3 D雷射掃描技術作為霧峰鄉林宅大花廳實地空間結構掃描,以建築數位化保存將其量體建立基礎資料,進行結構監測分析。擷取套疊累次掃描空間點雲資料,分析其局部結構變形量,進一步瞭解古蹟建築安全狀態與損害程度。 主要的研究目的,提升結構檢測之層級、精確掌握安全狀態與彌補檢測儀器的不足與分析缺失,建構數位化向量模型作為古蹟建築監測資料之分析運用。探討大木構件原樣保存原則下,形體變形對於木結構的實際監測結果瞭解。以獲得木質結構的材質特性作用,在常態模式檢測過程與結果進行分析,作為應用非破壞檢測法在古蹟檢測的評估與參考。 AbstractFrom the historical site and the historical building culture property preservation viewpoint, two main tasks are, the maintenance: daily disaster prevention, the repairing: damage treatment. The monitoring is considered as a pre-warning mechanism in the phase of maintenance and preservation of historic buildings. Through the pre-warning system, the status of security of buildings can be thus controlled. The appropriate intervention will be undertaken to ensure the security of historic buildings such as the in -field testing and the structural assessment and evaluation.This research takes the Lin’s Big Flower Garden in Wufeng, Taichung County as real study case. By using 3D laser scanning technology, the spatial and structural information (cloud point data)are digitalized as basic database for the later monitoring works. By comparing the different sequences of scanning results, the deformation behavior can be recorded and be analyzed with high resolution. Consequently, the structural performance and level of decay of building can be clarified by analyzing these deformations.The main research goal is to enhance the level of structural testing, to master the precise secure state and to recover the defect of the conventional instrument based testing by establishing a digitalized model of historic building for further monitoring. The results of the research can be applied on the wooden structure of historic buildings under non-destructive state, and can be provided to the further testing and evaluation of such buildings.
