    摘要註: 工業技術產業不斷的提升,金屬表面處理能力大幅改善。在螺絲產業裡低碳鋼材料是最被常使用於鍛造螺絲,但由於碳鋼主要成分是由鐵及碳與其他少量元素所構成,因鐵化學活性較大,暴露在空氣中容易在遇到水容易氧化,導致容易氧化腐蝕,必須藉由適當表面處理來賦予低碳鋼螺絲有更好的抗腐蝕性能,本研究為複合電鍍,利用直流電沉積方法,添加陶瓷材料 SiC、Al2O3、SiO2 形成複合鋅鍍層於低碳鋼螺絲表面,進而提升抗腐蝕能力及硬度。研究中利用陶瓷材料共沈積於低碳鋼螺絲表面上先形成保護層。複合電鍍隨著陶瓷材料添加量增加而鍍層含量也增加。利用 SEM 及 XRD 與 ICP 對電鍍層之生成結構及鍍層成份進行觀察分析。最後經由電化學電位儀來分析添加陶瓷材料的鋅鍍層抗腐蝕電位及腐蝕速率,證實複合鋅鍍層可以增加抗腐蝕能力,其中添加 SiC (50 g/L) 具有最佳抗腐蝕效果。 The industrial technology is continuous upgrading, and the skill of metal surface has been improved. In screw industry, low carbon steel material is commonly used by forging screws, and the main component of carbon steel is inclusive of iron , carbon and a small amount of other elements. However, the chemical activity of iron leads to easy oxidation corrosion due to be easily oxidized in the air, so that the surface treatment of low-carbon steel screws must have better corrosion resistance in the future , this study is about composite plating, using direct current deposition method, adding ceramic materials SiC, Al2O3, SiO2 complex formation of zinc coating on screw surface of low carbon steel, improving corrosion resistance and hardness further.In this research, it starts with forming the protective layer by depositing ceramic material on the surface of low carbon steel screw, and the coating concentration is also increased by adding the ceramic composite plating material. Using SEM, XRD and ICP to proceed observing and analyzing the formation and structure of the plating layer and the coating composition. At last analyzing the anti-corrosion potential and corrosion rate by electrochemical potential instrument when adding ceramic zinc coating materials, it is proved that composite plating can increase the corrosion resistance, in which the SiC (50 g/ L) has the best anti-corrosion effect.
