在這裡我們用常微分方程系統來模擬G 蛋白偶聯受體之調節路徑 - 受配體誘發的內吞作用,觀察G 蛋白偶聯受體受配體刺激而誘發細胞反應的同時其濃度之變化.我們藉由多重時間維度的特性使用擾動方法表現其模擬結果,並以數值計算方式佐證其結果之精確性;同時討論配體與受體在不同濃度比例下其反應行為之差異.最後,延伸考慮G 蛋白偶聯受體在未受配體誘發亦會產生原發性內移作用.此模擬系統說明了G 蛋白偶聯受體之調節反應無論受配體誘發與否皆可達到穩定狀態. A system of nonlinear ordinary differential equations is used to describe the regulation of G protein-coupled receptors. In particular, we consider the effect of ligand-induced endocytosis on the receptor concentration. The resulting system exhibits the characteristics of multiple time scales. We first simulate the results numerically and later, use singular perturbation technique to derive asymptotic solutions to validate the numerical results. This model is further extended to include other factors that are involved in the regulation process such as receptor synthesis and constitutive internalization of receptors in the absence of any ligand.
