    摘要註: 製造業已經從過去規格化大量生產的方式,轉型成為以顧客導向之生產方式。如此的轉型需仰賴顧客需求被清楚定義及零組件供應商的配合。因此,企業必須考量顧客使用產品的情況,站在顧客的需求去設計產品;另外,企業於供應商選擇時,除了以價格和交期為考量因素,更應將品質、零組件相依性及創新性一併納入考量。是故,企業對供應商工程技術之要求與滿足顧客需求,便成為企業選擇零組件供應商的關鍵衡量因素。為了將顧客需求與工程技術共同考量。鑑此,本研究以協同設計的概念,建構一套決定最適供應商組合的評選流程算則。該算則有三階段:首先,透過供應商零組件相依性及創新性,分別計算出供應商關係矩陣與供應商創新矩陣,遂將供應商分群;第二階段係經由顧客需求與零組件重要度的展開,及確定供應商能力矩陣之後,演算出中心廠對供應商之顧客滿意水準;最後階段,則決定出最適供應商之組合。透過該算則所建構出來的最適供應商組合模式,將可提供企業在推行協同設計與供應商早期參與,做為選擇最佳供應商組合的依據。使得企業於產品開發更有效率,更省成本。 Manufacture process has transformed from mass production to customer-oriented production. Such the change needs to be dependent on ' customer's needs are clear and define ' and ' the cooperation of the spare part supplier '. So, the enterprises design the products need to consider the customer's demand; And, the issues of quality, price, parts Interdependent and parts innovative should to consider together, while the enterprises choosing the supplier. Therefore, the requirements for supplier's engineering technology of enterprises and meeting customer's needs, become the key factors that enterprises choose the spare part supplier. In order to consider customer's demand and supplier's engineering technology together. Hence, this research is base on the concept of Collaborative design to construct an algorithm which determines the optimum supplier's allocation. This algorithm has three stages. First stage is classification the supplier, through supplier's spare part interdependent and the spare part innovative to calculate supplier's relation matrix and supplier's innovative matrix respectively. The second stage is through customer's demand and important degree of spare part to confirm the supplier's ability matrix, then perform and calculate the centre factory to the supplier's customer's satisfactory level. The last stage, determine that the optimum supplier allocation. Hence, this study constructs a set of supplier selection procedure that providing enterprise to select the optimum combination of suppliers, in the collaborative environment. That can make enterprises more efficient in product development, save the cost even more.
