    Summary: 「國內接單、海外生產」三角貿易經營模式,隨著我國企業海外設廠生產之比率增加,進而增進三角貿易之活動,更帶動我國經濟成長,對我國經濟貢獻所佔比例甚大。對企業而言,三角貿易則提供一個新的營運契機,尤其全球經濟走向一體化以及大中華經濟圈的崛起的情勢下,在台灣接單(根留台灣),大陸出貨的三角貿易經濟架構上。成功的三角貿易讓不少企業安然度過2008至2009年之金融危機。公司如何執行經營管理以降低成本並快速反應經濟情勢變化等,是企業不得不重視之議題,企業面對來自全世界的競爭更應及早規劃有效之應對策略,從事三角貿易之企業更應及早擬定適當之經營管理策略以面對接踵而至的挑戰。本研究以平衡計分卡為工具,採個案研究方式探討某連接器公司之三角貿易經營管理策略。經由文獻探討、資料收集及個案公司深度訪談等方式,探討個案公司運用平衡計分卡構面規劃經營管理策略之實務。本研究結果彙整出進行三角貿易企業達成願景之策略、策略目標及適用於三角貿易之平衡計分卡之財務、顧客、內部流程、學習與成長等構面之具體可行的行動方案,並建構三角貿易策略地圖。提供個案及其他進行三角貿易企業策略思考方向,突破目前經營困境,創造競爭優勢,達到永續經營之目的。本研究個案企業藉由平衡計分卡的建立所獲得的成效包括︰釐清並確認願景與策略並建立共識、策略得以落實展開執行。 With the growth of the percentage of the overseas manufacturing by Taiwan's companies, more Merchanting Trade were conducted, and the contribution comes from the Merchanting Trade modeling at contracted in Taiwan then produced overseas is playing a more important role toward Taiwan's economic growth. The Merchanting Trade provides a new opportunity for business operation. Under the trend of economic globalization and the raising up of the China, how a manufacturer conducting the management and strategy making on the basis of Merchanting Trade is the key issue that should not be ignored. Further more, a successful Merchanting trade helps most manufacturers go through the financial crisis from 2008 to 2009. All the manufacturers should prepare as early as possible to face the challenge from the global, especially for the manufacturers doing the Merchanting Trade, a appropriate management strategy is necessary. In this study, we use the Balanced Scorecard as a tool and the theory basis to study the management strategy in the Merchanting Trade. A connector company was taken as an study target. With the study of the related documents, data collecting data, and thoroughly interviewing with the study company, we analyze the management strategy for companies conducting the Merchanting Trade. This research result categorizes strategies to accomplish goals for each organization, measurements for organizations’ accomplishments, and specific action plans specific for the four key factors of Balanced Scorecard, which including finance, customers, internal procedure, learn gin and growth. In addition, this research also constructs a strategy maps and offers strategy directions for companies to help them break through their current management difficulties, create competitive advantages, and reach the goal of perpetual operations.The benefits to the case company gaining from building Balanced Scorecard consist of clarifying and refining the vision and strategy and building consensus and implementing strategy well.
