摘要註:	近年來由於網路和電子書產業的興起與發展，使用者的閱讀習慣和消費模式都受到影響而跟著改變，有逐漸轉向以網路閱讀和購買電子書閱讀器做為閱讀學習的趨勢。對於電子書閱讀器來說，顯示器是直接影響使用者購買意願的重要因素，因此顯示器的品質、色彩對比、解析度、消耗電流即省電等競爭要素就顯得非常重要。本研究探討目前已知的各種反射式顯示器，(1)Mirasol (2)E-ink (3)Ch-LCD (4)EWD (5)SiPix (6)QR-LPD (7)Pixel Qi，以比較分析法進行分析，期許找出一種最適合使用者長時間使用的電子書閱讀器。進一步藉由SWOT分析法，探討Mirasol顯示器的競爭力以及個案公司適合採取的競爭策略，結果顯示Mirasol顯示器確實是最具有潛力的，不論色彩對比、解析度、以及省電各方面都是最佳的，因此個案公司應採取利用優勢－利用機會（SO：Max - Max）策略，全力將Mirasol顯示器導入量產上市。再者透過深度訪談和IPA分析，初步得知，目前Mirasol顯示器最迫切需要克服的問題是其製造成本仍然偏高，當然此問題可藉由製程的改良以及大量生產來克服。最後，期待在不久的將來個案公司能推出物美價廉的Mirasol顯示器，甚至是另外一種更能符合電子書閱讀器的顯示器技術能夠推出。 Internet and e-book industry in recent years because the rise and development of the user's reading habits and consumption patterns are affected and change accordingly, there is a gradual shift to read and buy books online as readers learn to read the trend. For the e-book reader, the display is a direct impact on user willingness to buy an important factor, so the display quality, color contrast, resolution, power and other elements of competition that is very important. This study is currently known of reflective display, (1) Mirasol (2) E-ink (3) Ch-LCD (4) EWD (5) SiPix (6) QR-LPD (7) Pixel Qi, to compare analysis analysis, hopes to find the most suitable for users of long-term use of the e-book reader. Further by the SWOT analysis to explore the competitiveness of Mirasol display case for taking the company's competitive strategy, the results show Mirasol display is really the most potential, regardless of color contrast, resolution, and power are the best in all aspects , the case companies should take advantage of strengths - take advantage of opportunities (SO: Max - Max) strategy to carry the Mirasol display into volume production. Furthermore, depth interviews and through IPA analysis, preliminary that the current Mirasol displays the most urgent problems to overcome is its manufacturing cost is still high, of course, this problem can be improved by the process and mass production to overcome. Finally, the case in the near future expect the company to introduce affordable Mirasol display, or even another more in line with e-book reader display technology can be introduced.
