    Summary: 隨著國際市場競爭日趨激烈,在迎接全球化時代的新挑戰時,立足台灣的傳統螺絲產業必須以資源為基礎來探詢更有效地發揮比較優勢的價值指導,使策略定位更精確,甚而發現新的產業疆界或競爭潛能,以維持世界第一的美譽。本研究從資源基礎理論的觀點,採質化分析以訪談對A公司經營有相當瞭解的4位受訪者,來探討A公司的獨特競爭力,並歸納A公司的競爭優勢。研究結果發現A公司(1)設備齊全,生產力高;(2)品質較東南亞及中國佳,材料品質來源穩定且無原料短缺問題;(3)生產技術優良且具備自動化倉儲並取得許多國際認證。A公司除加強組織資源外,也應進行規模性與前瞻性的海外投資,專注本業、發展本身的特色以及持續的品質改善;本研究亦建議A公司應加強生產自動化與新技術的提升降低製程之汙染性及重視接班人的培養。 With the more keen competition from international markets, the traditional fastener industry of Taiwan needs to seek a more valuable guidance of resource- based comparative advantage in face to the unprecedented challenge of globalization era. This search makes the industry’s tactic trendsetting more transparent and even discovers the new industry boundary or competitive potentials to maintain the reputation of number one in the world. In this study, resource-based theory point of view, to adopt qualitative analysis of interviews with the A company with a considerable understanding of the four respondents to discuss the A's unique competitiveness and summarize the A's competitive advantage. A company study found that (1) well-equipped, high productivity; (2) Southeast Asia and China than the good quality, stable source of quality materials and no shortage of raw materials; (3) quality and production technology have made a number of automated warehousing and international certification. A company in addition to strengthening the organizational resources, should also be scale and prospective overseas investment, focus on the industry, to develop their own features and continuous quality improvement; this study also suggest A company should enhance automation and new technologies to enhance the reduction process pollution and the importance of the cultivation of successors.
