    摘要註: 本研究目的在建構一適合派遣員工之心理契約量表,並探討派遣員工心理契約、組織承諾與留任意願之間的關係,並依研究結果提出具體建議,俾提供企業做為派遣人力管理之參考。本研究採用問卷調查法,以南部基層派遣員工為對象,所得之有效樣本共291份,有效回收率為88.06%,並使用SPSS及AMOS統計軟體作為統計分析之工具,就樣本資料以因素分析、t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、相關分析、線性結構方程模式等方法進行分析,研究結果發現:1.基層派遣員工心理契約對於組織承諾具有顯著的正向影響。2.基層派遣員工組織承諾對於留任意願具有顯著的正向影響。3.基層派遣員工心理契約對於留任意願沒有顯著的影響。4.組織承諾對於心理契約與留任意願具有中介效果。 To investigate the relationships among psychological contract, organizational commitment and intention to stay, this study aims at constructing a suitable scale of a psychological contract for the dispatched employees. It is hoped that the research findings will be a practical reference for enterprises in human resource management.The subjects of this study were the dispatched base-level employees in Southern Taiwan. A questionnaire survey was used in this study. The effective questionnaires were 291 in total, with a response rate of 88.06%. The study adopted SPSS and AMOS FOR WINDOWS as the tools for statistical analysis. It also employed the following research methods to process the sample data: factor analysis, t-test analysis, single factor variant analysis (One Way ANOVA), correlation analysis and LISREL analysis. The major conclusions of this study are as follows:1. Psychological contract for the dispatched base-level employees has a significant positive influence on organizational commitment.2. Organizational commitment for the dispatched base-level employees has a significant positive influence on intention to stay.3. Psychological contract for the dispatched base-level employees has no influence on intention to stay.4. Organizational commitment has a significant intervening effect between psychological contract and intention to stay.
