Summary:
本論文最主要的目的是發展一種利用光纖光柵量測未知溶液折射係數的方法,實驗中針對不同的光柵披覆層的厚度條件下,不同折射係數溶液對光纖光柵反射波長變化量的關係,再利用標準的折射率匹配液來校正光纖光柵波長變化量對於未知溶液折射係數的關係,並且利用光纖光柵數值模擬軟體,得到與實驗一致的結果,我們也發展一種非均勻光柵蝕刻方法,得到更精確的未知溶液折射係數的量測方法。 A procedure is develop a method which measure index of refraction of an unknownliquid by using micro-structure fiber Bragg grating.The relationship which have different wavelength shift between different liquid of refractive index and the cladding thickness of fiber Bragg grating(FBG) in experiment.We adjust an unknown liquid of refractive index to FBG wavelength shift by standard index oil,and have the same result between the experiment and simulation.It is develop a etching uniform FBG method which get accurate index of refraction of an unknown liquid.
