封裝半導體產業為資金需求大,產品開發迅速且產品生命週期短,長期以來封裝半導體不斷的在製程研發上及企業整合運作下、因應市場的變化。而封裝半導體產業要能適應動態複雜、競爭激烈的全球經濟市場環境,必須是經過長期努力與規劃,並且透過企業競爭與整合性生產策略運行。以往學者進行相關平衡計分卡結合系統動力學模擬產業運作互動之關係,主要是以電信產業及電子組裝廠進行策略對策模擬,但是由於產業不同規模不同,在動態複雜性就會有所不同,故在本研究中產業以結合系統動力學研究相關動態性複雜問題、進行策略模擬。本研究得出以下之結果:(1)員工工程服務率利用政策提高效率反而效果不佳,政策A、B 符合了系統力學中強調「反直覺」,當政策要求下,員工效率提升,但當訂單量到達一定程度的量時,效率便開始下降,這表示適度政策下可提高效率使客戶滿意度提高,當政策提高至50%時員工依舊配合成長效率政策,但是客戶滿意度上升已停滯,(2)亦屬於本研究限制之一經模擬結果準時交貨率對顧客而言是最直接感受到,當計劃生產量規劃不佳,導致出貨量不足,因設備繁多無法得知每一設備生產能力之一。 Requirements for enough fund is important to package semiconductor industries. products are developed fast, and product life cycle is short. encapsulated semiconductor constantly keeps developing product process and integrating with business for operating for long-term. also response to the markets. encapsulated semiconductor industries are able to be adapted to the complex, dynamic of the highly competitive global economic market environment. It must be after the long-term hard-working, and integrate into producing product strategy and competitive with business. to conduct the operation of the balanced scorecard combined with system dynamics simulation industry interaction in the past by scholars, mainly in the telecommunications industry and the electronics assembly plant strategic countermeasure simulation, due to the different sizes of the different industries, in a dynamic complex will differ. Therefore, industries in this study a combination of system dynamics research related to the dynamic nature of complex problems, strategic simulation.In this study, obtained the following results: (1) the employee works service rate policy to improve efficiency but ineffective policies A, B meet the system mechanics in the emphasis on "counter-intuitive, when the policy requirements, staff efficiency upper but when the order reaches a certain extent, the amount of efficiency will begin to decline, which means that the moderate policy to improve efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, employees still with the growth efficiency policy when the policy is increased to 50%, but customer satisfaction increases has been stagnant (2) which are covered by this study One limitation of the simulation results on time delivery rate to customers is the most directly felt, when the poor planning of the planned production volume, resulting in shipments, the range of equipment not know each one of the production capacity of equipment.
