摘要註:	Android的易用性及開放式的系統，是Android目前在智慧型手機領域市佔率可超過五成的主要原因，也因此市場上對Android的需求越來越強烈。而Android系統需要大量的軟體開發人員修改及維護，在不想大幅增加公司內部軟體開發人員人數以保持彈性的前提下，軟體委外就是其中一個有效的方式。但是委外的成效不佳及糾紛時有所聞，因此本研究就以C公司的Android軟體委外策略為方向進行研究，採用專家訪談質性研究的方式，訪問C公司內部負責Android軟體委外的相關負責人員，並佐以與C公司有過Android軟體委外合作經驗公司負責人員的意見。本研究結果發現，要讓Android軟體委外成功機會高，須於下列時期，完成下列事項： (一) 軟體先期規劃時期：須完成軟體規格的定義，評估是否可自行開發，確認需要委外的項目，經過與多家軟體委外開發商詢價，決定最終合作委外開發商後，雙方訂定工作內容及責任。 (二) 軟體委外開發時期：須舉行定期會議討論進度及問題，使用問題追蹤系統工具追蹤問題，並階段性遞交軟體以供委外者了解軟體委外開發的進度。 (三) 軟體委外開發結束時期：委外者經由測試委外軟體確認無誤後驗收，並視需要要求委外開發商舉行教育訓練，及遞交相關物品予委外者。 The Android has been attracting increasing attention to the software firms because of its ease of use and open access system. Consequently, the demand of Android has highly increased in the app market. Importantly, the Android development is a time consuming task that needs idea, design, development, modification, and maintenance. Upon the needs of not increasing the number of programmers to maintain flexibility, Android outsourcing is one of the feasible solutions. However, outsourcing failure is not an uncommon case to a software firm. Therefore, the research thesis conducts a case study for the C company to derive the needs that outsourcing strategy deals with. Major findings and suggestions derived from the study are as follows: (1) at the planning stage, firms have to define the specification, assess the possibility of self-developing, ensure the items that require outsources, select the suitable outsourcing vender(s), and contract the outsourcing project; (2) at the developing stage, firms have to raise regular meeting discussing the progress and issues that need to be solved, use problem tracing tool to trace problems, and periodically ask outsourced objects to ensure its progress; (3) at the final stage, firms have to conduct the object test to ensure the quality, reemphasize the training programs stated in contract, and ask for the associated toolkits.
