摘要註:	在全球化與貿易自由化的潮流之下，世界經濟呈現既合作又競爭的局面。我國加入世界貿易組織後，隨著貿易愈趨開放，國內漁業產銷競爭已邁入國際化與自由化。近年來，全球對於水產品的需求遽增，且漁業將會在國內外市場供需之間扮演重要角色。近年來，遠洋漁船的作業漁場，因各國紛紛宣布二百海里經濟海域而備受局限，沿近海漁業的資源，也因工業廢水等污染問題，使得漁業的經營日益困難。因此，世界各國莫不汲汲於養殖事業的發展。然而，這幾年台灣養殖漁業面臨病害問題及環保意識的高漲，舉步更加維艱。本研究的主要目的在於了解台灣地區目前的漁業產銷現況，並探討當前漁業產銷模式可能進行結構調整的方向，並且提出相關建議來改變目前國內漁業呈現衰退的情形。 Under the trend of globalization and trade liberalization, the world economics are within the situation of cooperative and competition simultaneously. Furthermore, since Taiwan’s entry into World Trade Organization (WTO), the inland trades have become more open, and the fishery in Taiwan has also been internationalized as well as liberalized. In recent years, the global demand for aquatic products increase dramatically, the fishery play an important role in domestic and foreign marketsRecently, the fishing ground of the offshore fishing vessels were limited due to the announcement of the economic zone. The coastal fishery was also much more difficult because of the pollution of the industrial waste water. As a result, large number of countries engages in aquaculture industry. However, the aquaculture industry in Taiwan has faced disease problems and rising environmental awareness, and became more difficult.The purpose of this study is to understand the status of fisheries production and marketing in Taiwan. The study also tries to explore the fishery production and marketing patterns and the possibility of the adjustment. Finally, the research makes some suggestions about altering the declining of the domestic fisheries.
