Summary:	現今企業大多數都是從系統管理者的角度，去看OHSAS18001職業安全衛生管理系統（以下簡稱OHSAS18001）對企業價值的貢獻與影響，較少從員工價值的觀點探討OHSAS18001的影響，然而事實上，員工價值的高低將影響到顧客價值乃至於企業價值。因此，本研究以台灣區冷凍空調工程公司為研究對象，採用統計T檢定、變異數分析及迴歸分析，來探討實施OHSAS18001對於員工價值的影響。研究結果發現：（1）OHSAS18001標準架構的執行程度具有顯著性，表示員工對於公司在這些標準架構的執行程度皆呈現認同。（2）實施OHSAS18001對於員工價值的影響，會因公司規模、學歷不同而有所差異、但職位不同其影響性則無差異。（3）OHSAS18001標準架構的執行程度對員工價值具有顯著影響，執行程度越高，確實可以提升員工價值。 Today, most businesses view the contribution and impact on enterprise value of Occupational Health and Safety Management System (Hereinafter referred to as OHSAS 18001) based on the angle of system administrator, rather than the value of employees. However, the fact is that employee value not just significantly affects customer value but also even enterprise value. Therefore, this study targeted on Taiwan air condition engineering enterprises as study object, using statistical T test, ANOVA and regression analysis, to investigate the impact of implementing OHSAS18001 on employee value. The research findings showed that: (1) The significance of implementing extent of OHSAS18001 standard framework demonstrated employees’ recognitions toward company’s implementing extent of such standards. (2) The impact of implementing OHSAS18001 on employee value varied with company size and education backgrounds without relating to position difference. (3) The extent of implementing OHSAS18001 standard framework had a significant impact on employee value, which meant the higher the extent of implementation, the better the values enhancement for employee.
