本研究目的在探討主管管理才能、組織公平、員工工作投入與工作績效間之影響關係,並依研究結果提出管理上之意涵及建議,俾供為參考。本研究採用問卷調查法,以南部某加工出口區之員工為對象,共計所得之有效樣本182份,有效回收比率為86.30%,並使用SPSS統計軟體作為統計分析之工具,就回收之有效樣本資料以t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、相關分析、因素分析及層級廻歸模式等方法進行分析,研究結果發現:1. 主管管理才能對工作投入具有顯著之影響關係。。2. 主管管理才能對工作績效具有顯著之影響關係。3. 工作投入對主管管理才能與工作績效具中介效果。4. 組織公平對工作投入具有顯著之影響關係。5. 組織公平對主管管理才能與工作投入具有中介效果。 This study is to investigate the relationships among supervisor managerial competence, organization justice, employee job involvement and job performance. The research findings expect to have a theoretical and practical implications to organization management.The subjects of this study were in an Export Processing Zone employees in Southern Taiwan. A questionnaire survey was used in this study. The effective questionnaires were 182 in total, with a response rate of 86.30%. The study adopted SPSS as the tools for statistical analysis. It also employed the following research methods to process the sample data: t-test analysis, single factor variant analysis (One Way ANOVA), correlation analysis, factor analysis, and regression analysis. The major conclusions of this study are as follows:1. Supervisor managerial competence has a significant influence on job involvement.2. Supervisor managerial competence has a significant influence on job performance.3. Job involvement has a significant mediating effect between supervisor managerial competence and job performance.4. Organization justice has a significant influence on job involvement.5. Organization justice has a significant mediating effect between supervisor managerial competence and job involvement.
