    摘要註: 本研究以台灣PET帶包裝產業的發展現況,談論目前所面臨的困境和挑戰及機會進行分析台灣PET帶包裝產業之經營模式並以C公司為例來探討如何因應目前環境的變化進而發展創新經營模式提升企業競爭力。本研究採用文獻回顧法與實例個案驗證之研究方法,進行交叉並行的方式,並採用五力分析及 PESTEL總體環境之分析來瞭解個案公司在台灣PET帶包裝產業所處的外部環境,其中,採用7S模式之分析瞭解個案公司的現行經營模式與在台灣PET帶包裝產業所處的內部環境,而採用創新商業模式和服務創新理論四大構面與內部適應性關聯分析,探討個案公司如何因應目前環境的變化進而發展創新經營模式提升企業競爭力。研究結果顯示,台灣PET帶包裝產業由於市場愈來愈大相對投入競爭者也愈來愈多,但是品質普遍良莠不齊,經營模式混亂,市場過度競爭導致低品質低價銷售,供給遠大於需求,彼此削價競爭連品質很穩定但是價位較高的歐美國家PET帶也淡出市場。最後研究針對個案C公司及台灣PET帶包裝產業之創新經營模式提出以下建議:(1)業者進行整合建立策略聯盟機制(2)加強開發外銷市場(3)建立良好公司文化及加強人才培育和提升內部流程管理力並落實執行力。 Based on the current development of the PET strapping packaging industry in Taiwan, this study explores the present difficulties, challenges and opportunities through an analysis of the business model of the PET strapping Company C as an example. The researcher aims to understand how to cope with the current environmental changes and develop an innovative business model to enhance business competitiveness. The used methodologies include literature review and case studies; both ethods are applied simultaneously. The external environment of Company C is analyzed through Porter Five Forces Analysis and PESTEL analysis. The 7S model is used to understand the current business model of Company C, as well as its internal environment in the PET strapping packaging industry in Taiwan. How Company C should face the present environmental changes and develop an innovating business model to increase its competitiveness is explored by using the four domains of the Theory of Innovation in Services and internal adaptive correlation analysis. The results show that as the market of the PET strapping packaging industry in Taiwan increases, so does the number of competitors. Yet, the inconsistent quality, confusing business models and an overly-competitive market have led to low quality and low price products due to supply exceeding demand. Such a price cutting competitive strategy also forces the PET strapping industry in Europe and the U.S.A. to leave the market; even though their products maintain their quality, they cost more. This study proposes the following suggestions to Company C and the PET trappingpackaging industry in Taiwan; Proprietors:(1) Should integrate with each other and establish strategic alliances;(2) Strengthen their development of export markets and (3) Form an outstanding Company culture, reinforce the development of talents, enhance the management of their internal process and put into effect the execution of their plans.
