本研究主要為探討我國中小型製造業之企業文化與作業策略對企業創新績效的影響,採問卷調查方式,以創新績效為因變數、企業文化與作業策略為自變數、調查對象之特徵資料作為控制變數,經SPSS統計方法進行實證分析。本研究共計發放問卷400份,有效問卷回收233份,回收之有效問卷進行信度分析、相關分析、差異分析、以及迴歸分析來驗證研究假設。研究結果發現:企業文化及作業策略分別對創新績效三構面(產品績效、製程績效及市場績效)皆呈現顯著的正向影響。再次驗證企業文化與作業策略對於中小型製造業也有正面的影響。而研究結果也發現企業規模與創新績效也有顯著相關。 This study aims to explore the impact on innovation performance resulting from corporate culture and operations strategies. The research subjects are the small and medium manufacturing enterprises in Taiwan. Questionnaires are distributed and analyzed. In this research, corporate culture and operations strategies are the independent variables, while innovation performance is the dependent variable. The demographic data of the research objects are used as control variables. Four hundred questionnaires are distributed and 233 valid questionnaires are acquired. Reliability analysis, correlation analysis, ANOVA and regression analysis are performed accordingly. The six alternative hypothesizes of this study:Hypothesizes of corporate culture to the three dimensions of innovation performance, and hypothesizes of operations strategies to the three dimensions of innovation performance are all confirmed. That shows either corporate culture or operations strategies had positively significant impact on the three dimensions of innovation performance. The results confirm again the extant research in the literature, but on different objects. It also shows that the number of employees, which implied the enterprise scale, has positively significant relationship to the three dimensions of innovation performance.
