摘要註:	台商在一九九○年代即已看好越南市場而進入該國投資，就區域位置，越南剛好在東協的地理中心，加上穩定的政治環境、勤奮的人民、溫暖氣候及豐富農漁業資源，無論是台商擅長的製造生產基地或接近內外銷市場都是優良的投資地點。本研究探討機車供應鏈融資的重要性，在越南的銀行及機車中心廠與零件廠在供應鏈融資過程所扮演的角色與功能，目的是改善融資的問題提高產業的競爭力。融資決策的良劣是影響企業經營的關鍵因素，因此本研究就機車中心廠、衛星廠、銀行三方面的不同經營觀點，評估個別融資現況及授信問題，並分析可能的原因，找出解決對策方案。以個案公司為例，SWOT分析供應鏈融資的優勢、劣勢、機會與威脅。針對分析的結果，探討機車中心廠與其零件廠的理想融資決策。並進行越南機車業五力分析，就現有競爭者、潛在競爭者、供應商、顧客、替代品，探討產業競爭力。進而精算現金收支流量與營業循環週期，以避免流動性資金缺口為前題，運用公司良好資產品質與信譽，向銀行動用短天期低利息費用的借款，轉存其他銀行長天期高利息收益的定期存款，利用借貸時間差與利率差異，創造淨利息收益。當需要重大資金提升改善經營體質時，設法使財務業務符合上市上櫃標準後將股票在證券市場公開發行。 Taiwan businessmen are optimistic about the Vietnam markets and start investing in the Vietnam in the 1990s. In terms of regional location, Vietnam is located in the geographic center of ASEAN. With stable political environment, hardworking people, warm climate and rich agricultural and fishery resources, Vietnam becomes a good manufacturing export base to the Taiwan corporations. This study investigates the importance of supply chain finance in the motorcycle industry in Vietnam and the roles of the commercial banks and the motorcycle parts plants in the process of supply chain finance. The objective is to increase the competitiveness of the motorcycle industry by improving the potential issue of the financing in Vietnam. Financing decisions is a key factor of the business operation. Based on the perspectives of the motorcycle plants, the satellite factories, and the commercial banks, this study assesses the current situation and the credit issue of each individual. Furthermore, this study analyzes the possible reasons and attempts to find the solutions to this issue. This study employs the case study firm as an example to analyze the strength, weakness, opportunity, and threats of the supply chain by using SWOT. Based on the results of the analyses, this study investigate the optimal financing decision of the motorcycle plants and their satellite factories. This study examines the industrial competitiveness of current competitors, potential competitors, suppliers, customers, and substitutes in the Vietnam motorcycle industry by the Michael Porter's Five Forces Model. Furthermore, to prevent the liquidity gap, it is essential to evaluate the cash flows during the business cycles. Therefore, the firm with sound reputation and asset quality can earn interest incomes by borrowing short-term loans with low interest rates and depositing in the long-term CD from the banks. After improving the credit of the firm, the firm can go for initial public offering to have the access of the capital market.
