研究利用學校廁所整修,進行安心空間資訊平台設計與操作,藉現況調查與問卷分析,了解學校廁所的改善情形,區域設定為臺北市國民中小學,時間為九十七學年度到一○一學年度有廁所整修學校,使其在地區與時間規劃上皆具有相同性質,研究範圍設定在此區間中,文獻回顧部分,參酌國內外公共廁所歷史及國民中小學廁所設置共同概念有「安全衛生」、「環境舒適」、「設備完整」、「維護管理」、「使用品質」等層面,利用文獻與實際現象找出改善因素,從使用角度切入,利用A.H.P層級分析法進行廁所機能收集與意見分析,將構面分為安全性、空間配置、設施設備、維護管理、使用品質等五項並彙整出16條評估準則設定為分析基準。 安心空間可列為「安全、舒適、辨識、環保、減能、健康、品管、保安、救助」等九個項目,並透過平台提供資訊即時公開的交換,本次利用問卷作為「資訊平台」來分析不同性質使用者對於各構面的感受,再針對項目做比較分析,探討建立準則的權重關係外,另外可以進一步挖掘潛在性需求及非大眾需求,達到設計互動空間完善,利用歸納分析後在建置符合當地需求的設計模式及統整各區域使用建議,建構出符合時代需求的評估標準,透過平台,資訊轉化為空間履歷與建築診斷系統,空間履歷可讓民眾確保空間品質機能,建築診斷系統則提供評量與診斷機制,經過資訊平台的整合服務,可有效控制建築空間的使用需求,包括尺寸、設備、數量、預算、以及合理的維護時間,本次研究比較項目有1.安全衛生2.空間舒適3.設備完整4.維護管理5.使用品質等,歸納不同使用者與不同區域的偏好需求,並回饋在硬體「基本設計」和「保障設計」上,藉由各學校與使用者希望的部份,列為後續設計首要考量改善項目與方向。 The research makes use of the renovation on school toilets, processing the “relieve-space” designs and operations. By proceeding the case surveys and analysis on questionnaires, we could realize the circumstances of the school toilets improvements. First of all, this research focuses on toilets’ interiors in elementary schools in Taipei city from 2007 to 2012. Due to this, we make not only the regions but also the periods have the parallel property. Besides, with the literature review analysis, considering the history of public toilets both in Eastern and Western cultures. The same concepts for the public toilets such as “Safety Sanitation”, “Comfortable Environments”, “Complete Facilities”, “Management in Maintenance”, and “Using Quality”, to find out the factors of improvements. Also we cut to the point of the users through the “Analytic Hierarchy Process” which is also named the “AHP” to undergo the investigation of the users’ suggestion. With this five concepts, we collected and organized 16 estimation principles as the foundation of this analysis. For “Relieved Space” aspects, we can list up 9 items such as “Safety”, “Comfort”, “Recognition”, “Environmental Protections”, “Energy Conservation”, “Health”, ”Quality Control”, “Security”, and “Recourse”. Thanks to Preliminary Evaluation System (PES) to provide the initial and disclosed information connection. This time, we used the questionnaireas the “PES” to analyze how users feel about the perspective in different qualities. Then, we compared the items that mentioned and discuss the priority of the establishing principles. On the other hand, we can discover the potential demand and non-mainstream one to achieve the interaction of the space improvement. Taking advantage of induction to design the model which is satisfied the requirements for the locals and gathering all the advice into one in order to construct the standard that satisfy the requirements in this era. By “PES”, the informations transform into the Space Resume and Building Diagnosed System. The former is able to let people make sure the space quality. The latter provides the judgement and diagnosed mechanism. Via the integration service of the “PES” , we could efficiently control the requirements to the construction spaces including dimension, equipment, amount, budgets, and appropriate time for maintenance and check. The comparative subjects for this research includes: 1. Safety and Sanitation , 2.Comfortable Environment, 3. Complete Facilities, 4. Management in Maintenance, 5.Using Quality. Eventually, to sum up the demand and tendency for different users in different areas and giving back to the “basic design” and “safeguard” in hardware. By understanding the satisfaction for schools and the users, for the main considering of the items and ways of the improvements in the future. |
