人,是群集的動物,用語言傳遞訊息,是最基本的存在方式。網際網路提升便利性,智慧行動裝置社群趨向普及化,並達到社交互動。而這當中知識交流是珍貴的資源,也是生活與學習的重要依據。學習方式可以有很多種,網路給予我們嘗試各種前瞻的學習方式,甚至帶動一條教育改革的可能管道。本研究藉由社群聊天系統進行合作學習輔助工具,使受測者與同儕因知識之交流而有所收穫,並進行學習狀態紀錄。實驗對象為大學部二年級選修視覺傳達概論35名學生,安排教學輔導者適當引導良好的互動模式,並將受測者在社群中回答問題內容文本資料記錄,作為研究使用評估。實驗分成Line行動裝置社群與Facebook網站社團,嘗試探討兩組之間學習成效是否有顯著差異。最終評估使用三角交叉驗證法:使用者互動滿意度量表、觀察以及訪談,獲得質性與量化的研究資料。根據資料分析結果,合作學習都能使課程的學習成效提升,但行動式社群學習比電腦版更能提升學習成效。 Human is animal community, using language to express messages is the basic way to live. The Internet provides convenience and leads to smart mobile devices more universal, and people apply it to integrate into life. During smart mobile devices is popular, people not only gain precious source from exchanging knowledge, but also the great foundation to life and learning. Learning has variety and flexible ways. Even drive the education reform possibility, the internet provides us many prospectively new ways to learn. This study aims to assist learning skill through integrated system of society communication on mobile device, it let tester keep in touch knowledge with his classmates, and record their learning condition. The tester is based on 35 students of optional course visual communication design from college degree. The duties of study worker arrange supervisor as aider through talking in teamwork learning and guiding the tester within good interaction. The study is divided into two famous social communicate application as Line and Facebook, and discussing the significant improvement from the outcomes of course learning. And then final evaluation are using triangulation method, including user interaction satisfaction scale, observations and interviews and explore learning, to obtain qualitative and quantitative data, the final analysis. The results of this research were as followed: effects of cooperative learning teaching upgrade. In comparison with PC edition, mobile device is more upgrade in effect.
