摘要註:	近年來，社會安全比以往更受到重視。而影像監控系統一直都是付費市場，但一般市面上的監控設備較偏向功能單一取向且成本較高。因此，本論文針對小型用戶對產品功能的多方面需求，提出了一套具即時告警之影像監視與網路私有雲功能的設計，是以現在非常普及化的無線網路基地台(Access Point, AP)與小型嵌入式開發版作為影像監控系統的核心，同時提供了即時影像監控、自動化的視覺影像偵測技術(Video Image Detection,VID)、網路電話(Voice over Internet Protocol,VoIP)、即時電子郵件通知、即時網路電話告警與提供雲端空間(Cloud Storage)等服務。建置整合成一組具多功能的智慧型通訊系統，以滿足各種使用者。當系統偵測到畫面異常時，系統會自動錄製影像，並且同時上傳至雲端空間做資料庫建檔，也能同時寄信到使用者的電子信箱或者即時網路電話語音告警，以達到即時通知的能力。系統可以透過個人電腦的網頁預覽器、智慧型手機、雲端空間、電子信箱隨時地進行遠端影像監控，並且可使用軟體電話享有網路電話的服務。達到小範圍、低成本、多功能的小型影像監控照護。 In recent years, Social Security is more attention than ever before. The video surveillance system has been paid the market, but these products are geared to a single purpose and expensive. Therefore, this thesis product features for low demand users of the various needs to set design of wireless WiFi router with real time alarm for video surveillance and private network cloud functions. We added the video surveillance system to the very popular equipment- AP (Access Point) as well as supply VID (Video Image Detection), real-time video surveillance, VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol), E-mail alarm, VoIP alarm and cloud storage services. A system is designed for motion detection Video Surveillance, VoIP and WiFi router for a multi-facet intelligent communication Device to meet the customer’s needs. When motion is detected, it could upload pictures to private network cloud, send E-mail or call to user as an alarm. The system provides video surveillance through web, smart phone, e-mail, cloud storage and also VoIP to meet lightweight and low-cost system goals.
