摘要 鋼鐵業是國家濟發展的重要工業,與其他產業關聯性甚廣,舉凡金屬、機械、汽車、營建等相關產業,皆與鋼鐵業息息相關,因此對國家經濟發展有重大影響力。根據工業局統計之料顯示,鋼鐵業主要電力消費中以製程動力、電熱及空壓系統比較多,其中電熱能消費中,主要來自加熱爐與鍋爐,合計占了電熱能消費中裡面83.5%。因此對於鋼鐵產業而言,如何有效降低加熱爐電能浪費,電費,確實為重要的課題。 本論文係經由可程式控制器(PLC)硬體架構規劃而成,透過可程式控制器( PLC )的自動控制和數位邏輯運算的處理能力,建構出鍍槽溫控系統,以有效降低電力負載。並且導入智慧監控系統,來監控生產設備,不需實際到現場操作設備和了解設備運行情況。本監控系統以人機介面(Human - Machine Interface, HMI)做為系統資訊整合;並透過乙太網路介面(EtherNet)傳遞監測數據資料至每個監控電腦。另外,系統操作介面配置則採用簡單易懂的圖形化物件為基礎,收集設備相關資料。同時,將歷史數據儲存於資料庫中,以便分析獲得最佳控制參數。 為了驗證本論文中所提出的方法,本實驗實際在鋼廠中進行驗證與實測。由測試結果可知,溫度控制的準確度及穩定度確實比以往大幅改善;在電費方面也節省可觀電費,並降低加熱爐電力負載,提高能源使用效率。本研究未來可以提供金屬產業節能控制施行參考,有助於國內產業競爭優勢提升。關鍵字: 可程式控制器(PLC)、圖形監控、電力節能 ABSTRACTSteel industry is the crucial high-tech industry of developing country and it has a wide relation with other industries, including metal, machinery, automobile, construction and so on. Due to the close relationship, the steel industry has a great impact on the development of national economic. According to the datas from Industrial Development Bureau, processing power, electrical heat and air-compressed systems form a quite large proportion of consumption of the electicity. Among them, the total proportion of reheating furnace and a large-capacity boiler in electrical consumption has risen to 83.5%. The steel industry; therefore, we should adopt some effective strategies to lessen the consumption of heating electricity. The thesis was from the concept of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), which built up the pot with temperature-controlling system by automatic control and logical-digitally operations. It helped to reduce the electrical overlaoding effectively. Moreover, I applied to intelligent monitoring system to monitor manufacturing equipment instead of reaching to the spot in practical control of equipment operation. The intelligent monitoring system produced information Integration through Human - Machine Interface(HMI) and transfered the data and information to every supervised computer by EtherNent . Meanwhile, storing the historical information into the database benefited to the analysis of controlled variables. This experiment was practiced and tested at the steel plant. From the result of examination, the stability and accuracy of the temperature were improved considerably. Furthermore, it would not only cut down a great deal of money, but also reduce the electrical overloading of pot to lift efficiency. The research can provide the related corporations with energy-saving methods and then contribute to the industrial competitive advantages in the future.
