根據交通部觀光局(2014)統計2013年全年來臺旅客總數上衝8,016,280人次新高,較2012年成長9.64%,為臺灣觀光里程展現全新格局。而根據交通部觀光局(2014)統計截至2014年1月為止,旅館家數與去年同期相比,成長了2.45%,在在顯示出旅館產業在無煙囪產業中佔有不可忽視的地位,也使得旅館經營更具有重要性。 員工能在工作中感受到自身的價值,將會使其感到滿足,進而對企業或組織感到認同,進而更願意留在企業或組織中工作。因此,員工在工作中有沒有感到滿意,則變得非常重要且即刻。而組織氣候是企業文化的重要部分,組織氣候為一個人在某一組織內工作之意識感,以及他對組織的感覺。員工感覺組織氣候良好,會促使員工對組織有其向心力,對於工作也會有滿足感、幸福感。由於員工對組織的感受,主要來源除了組織本身結構之外,領導者的領導型態也會牽引著員工對於組織氣候的感受。 本研究將問卷根據全台13家F飯店之所有部門員工發放,F飯店部門共分為客務部、房務部、餐飲部、工務部、休閒育樂部以及後勤部等六個部門別,共回收295份,扣除填答不完全、或全部填同一選項之無效問卷共計33份,故合計有效樣本為262份,有效回收率為88.8%。 研究發現領導型態的不同會影響其工作滿意度高低;領導型態的不同會影響其組織氣候的好壞以及組織氣候的好壞確實會影響員工工作滿意度高低。另外,本研究也發現性別對領導型態、組織氣候以及工作滿意度,女性比較有顯著差異存在;年齡對領導型態以及工作滿意度有顯著差異存在;教育程度對領導型態有顯著差異存在;部門別對領導型態以及組織氣候有顯著差異存在;工作年資對領導型態以及工作滿意度有顯著差異存在。 According to the Tourism Bureau (2014) statistics on the total 2013 annual rush to Taiwan visitors 8,016,280 visitors a new high, compared with 2012 growth of 9.64 percent for Taiwan tourism mileage show a new pattern. Employees feel valued at work, it will be satisfied, and thus to feel recognized business or organization, and thus more willing to stay in business or organization work. Therefore, employees do not feel satisfied, it becomes very important and immediate work. The organizational climate is an important part of corporate culture, organizational climate is a sense of awareness of the people who work within an organization, as well as his sense of organization. Employees feel good organizational climate, will lead to staff the organization has its centripetal force, will have to work satisfaction, happiness. Because employees feel about the organization, the structure of the organization itself apart from the main source of outside leadership style will be pulling for employees feel organizational climate. In this study, as survey questionnaire based on all department employees in Taiwan 13 F Hotel payment, the F Hotel is divided into six departments: customer services, housekeeping, food and beverage, public works, recreation, and leisure logistics. A total of 300 questionnaires were sent out, and 295 copies were return, a 98% of recovery rate. Of this total, some 33 questionnaires were incomplete , indicating that the total valid samples is 262 or 88.8% of effective rate. The study found a different leadership style will affect their level of job satisfaction; different leadership style will affect organizational climate, and different organizational climate does affect the level of job satisfaction. In addition, the study also found that women on leadership style, organizational climate and job satisfaction have significant differences compared with men; age on leadership style and job satisfaction have significant differences; education on leadership style has significant differences; departments do not on leadership style and organizational climate have significant differences; work on seniority and job satisfaction, leadership style has significant differences exist. |
